Pros (+) The staff were all great. Easily was able to get directions to various sites, book restaurants and order taxis.location is a plus!
Cons (-) The rooms above floor 2 are old and are what are seen in pictures. The beds are worn and rooms dated. AC barely works. We moved to another room, same issue. Then we were thinking of leaving and we were offered a room on the mezzanine level as they have been completely remodeled complete with new AC. Wow, it was like we were in a different hotel!
