Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness and small size of the rooms, with several reporting issues like dirty bathrooms, mold, and poor maintenance. However, many guests praised the hotel's convenient location near public transport and city attractions, as well as the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Some found the hotel to be a good value for a short stay, especially for those who only needed a place to sleep, while others felt it did not match the photos or was not worth the price. Overall, the positives were mainly the location and service, while cleanliness and room size were common complaints.AI-generated from customer reviews
