The bed is very comfortable
The aircon is not very cold. It takes a while to cool the room
Renato is the perfect host, very friendly, giving touristic advise and always ready to help the guest (e.g. keeping the bags even after checkout or helping in reserving a restaurant). He made the stay pleasant. Additionally, the location of the B&B is excellent, right next to a metro station while being in a neighborhood with supermarkets, restaurants, shops.
Regretfully our room was facing the breakfast room, with quite some noise in the morning. Keeping the A/C on solved this problem partially. The price to pay for the excellent location (close to public transports and in a walking distance from the Colosseum is the noise of a big avenue, as pointed out in earlier reviews. Note that the windows are keeping this noise out and it does not hamper a good rest.
Host was very helpful when we arrived showing us main locations to see and visit and times as well. I would stay here again if i had to, super close to the metro and quite(not shady) place too.
AC in one of the rooms was kind of warm.
Each day clean sheets/towels. And bed was made again and its next to metro station. From here you can go to anywere in rome. Very cheap ticket aswell.
At the breakfast I would wanted to have some more options on the bread. Like cheese/ham and a egg with beacon.
Renado was extremely helpful by letting us bring our luggage early, so we could continue our adventures in Rome. The room was clean and spacious, and having an elevator to get to the 4th floor was nice. We left too early to review breakfast.
I understand the property manager can't determine what the neighbors do, but there literally was an all night party 2 floors down that was so loud with the music etc. that it was impossible to sleep. We left at 6 am., for the peace of the airport! Just a suggestion, but it might be good to have earplugs available for guests to use during nights like this. Also, there really wasn't any channels on the TV that were in English, the manager said there wasn't any way to change them, when I asked.
