Fantastic location and staff was friendly. The room is perfect for three people. The bed was actually one of the automated ones that heat up too. We would stay there again because it works perfect for three people!

There are several restaurants within 2-3 min walk from the hotel. All of them serve typical Italian food, excellent service. The main train station is within 5-7 minutes, as are a few Metro and bus stops. Plenty of shops very close by. The full breakfast is good, and the staff members are friendly, All speak a very good English. Our maid took great care of the room, with attention to detail.

Location is good, we had a small twin bed room near elevator. A larger room would have made an excellent stay. Possibly we should not have requested twin beds. Staff was exceptional. When flying In and out of Rome we book Augusta Lucilla.

Cons (-) I didn't like the hidden charges at the end for $6 per day per occupant. Maybe I missed it in the opening contract but I think when I pay in advance everything in the beginning Payment
