Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel for its exceptional service, with many highlighting the friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness of the hosts. The breakfast consistently received high marks for quality, variety, and special accommodations for dietary needs. The location was also frequently mentioned as convenient, especially for visiting major attractions like the Vatican. Cleanliness, atmosphere, and comfort were also noted positively in several reviews. Only a few minor drawbacks were mentioned, such as stairs for those with mobility issues and one negative experience with the owner, but these were exceptions in an otherwise highly positive set of reviews.
