Pros: I really loved this accomodation, clean room, nice terrace, a cold bottle of prosecco to welcome us, which we finished in the nice whirlpool. The people are so friendly. Overall, super nice!! Defenetly recommended!!

Pros: This hotel and the staff were nothing short of amazing!! From the time we arrived until we left we felt so comfortable and really enjoyed the stay. I accidentally dropped a wine bottle on my foot while try to pack it as a gift to get it home safely. The staff was amazing, they came quickly and also called a taxi as I ended up needing to go to the hospital. They reassured me we would be in good hands, and continued to check in on me after we arrived back later that evening. should we return to Italy again we would stay here again!!

Good space in room with great facilities - fridge, sink, hotplates, microwave and washing machine. Nice modern ensuite with decent water pressure, shower enclosure a little on the small side. Also reasonably large private patio area in Unit 12. Breakfast is fantastic with a good selection - great coffee, delicious regional spinach slice. Complimentary water and soft drinks in minibar renewed daily. Overall good place to stay but would be reluctant to return, based only on the bed being so hard.

Cons: room was basic, some staff were not very fiendly, problem with Mosquitoes. Toilet brush was caked in poo which they changed immediatly but it does ask the question how well was the room cleaned before we arrived.

Pros: This hotel and the staff were nothing short of amazing!! From the time we arrived until we left we felt so comfortable and really enjoyed the stay. Pros: A stunning view, beautiful studios, beautiful common areas (like garden with hammocks, ping pong table and other games ready to be played, a room with books and board games, restaurant with a view open in the morning and after 7pm, bar with a view open after 5/6 pm etc). They have free parking. There are rooms that are a bit far from the parking/reception if you have a problem with stairs, but all the way to the room is exceptionally beautiful and full of plants and great garden design. Our studio (and probably all studios) have a beautiful garden and outside relaxation area. For not carrying your luggage on the stairs at checkout, there's a picturesque slow train in the mornings. And you see the beautiful sea from almost any point in this beautiful big garden. It was a wonderful vacation.

Cons: Being o top of the hill and having a great view, it is far from the beach, but there is a bus across the street that takes you to the beach in 15 min or so. No option to park the car/ leave the luggage if you arrive in the morning, as the check-in starts at 15.

Cons: The wifi does not work at all! They provided a free wifi, but during my 4 days there, there was not a single second I can connect to it in my room. No signal at all. And the management knows this, that's why they give you a piece of paper at check-in saying: the wifi is not included in your booking, but is kindly provided by the management, thus if it doesn't work, don't complain! How ridiculous! Wifi nowadays is like hot water and electricity in the room. It's a necessity! Obviously the management have no plan to improve it.

Best location in Riomaggiore, up on the cliff, other hotels are in the main street with only pedestrian access and it's very busy and noisy. Its only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants etc. Very clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was excellent, very fresh and a good selection. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful but it was too far from the main building and too many steps to get there. The parking was horrible. My husband had to walk a far distance back from the garage where he parked. The distance and amount of stairs should be mentioned in the description of the hotel apartment.

Pros: We loved the view of the ocean from our room and the dining room! We liked that the property was removed from town because it was quiet and felt safe. There is a bus stop a few steps past the hotel for a small fee will take you to Riomaggiore. The hotel provides you with a bus schedule. Read it closely so you don’t miss the return bus! The €5 breakfast was nice as well.

Cons: The bed spreads were a little outdated. The shower was small but had great water pressure! It was very basic, but nice. At check in, the woman who checked us in spoke very little English, but she was very nice. She did call her nephew(?) and let us speak with him to answer any questions we had.

Very old decor that makes you feel in your grandmother house , after 22:00 nobody in the reception and you have the key to enter in the hotel. If you want to go to the National Park of 5 terre, you need to cross the road and wait for the bus ( avoid )! I wouldn't stay again.
