Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and beautiful ocean views, which were often highlighted as the main positive aspects. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, noting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as issues with mold and dust due to ongoing renovations. The bathrooms were frequently described as being in poor condition, with problems such as lack of hot water, inadequate lighting, and general disrepair. The overall atmosphere was negatively affected by noise, construction, and outdated facilities. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests disappointed by its unavailability or quality. Overall, while the location and views were standout positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities.

Pros (+) This is a dated hotel. Nice needs a few things updated. I stayed here in 1980. Good location
Cons (-) Hotel food is a little pricy but there are alternative places to eat around.
