Pros (+) Walking distance to the beach and coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants, stores and other businesses
Cons (-) The hotel is really old. There was only a few staff working on each shift so things were really slow when you needed. The house keeper never changed my bedding or the towels... there was no restaurant in the hotel and not sure about dine in room service but I don’t think... the area is also not that nice! Oh and WiFi is bad

Pros (+) Wifi was reliable and breakfast/location were OK - about a 5 minute walk to the beach in a pretty decent and well lit neighborhood.
Cons (-) For US travelers, this is very reminiscent of the highway motels you may have been to in the early 90s - cable TV on a faded CRT tube TV, weird controls for the lights, noisy wall air conditioning unit that sort-of worked and bathroom that's sketchy in every way possible - with a dripping shower to boot.
