The guy at the hotel said they do a holding charge first then they charge you what is owed. (This was told after the fact) When we checked in they said they would only hold $100 not $403.60 WTF!!!! Hey said that they released the 403.60 upon check out but it will take about 3 business days to receive the money. What kind of bull is that??!!! Also if you have a connecting room. You can hear everything in the room next to you from the TV, normal tone conversations and at night sex! I would not stay here agajn
COURTESY OF THE STAFF. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE VALET WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL AND THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT
Location was fantastic. Staff were great. Room was amazing.
Found long hair in my bed when I pulled back sheets. Could have just been from the housekeeper. Still a little off-putting. Room was very humid even with AC running constantly.
Communication seems to be an issue. Confirmed I could book a half day to extend stay. Turns out I couldn’t even after numerous times of talking to them. Would have been great to make those accommodations for my 8 month old and wife a few days prior. It’s unfortunately just a simple fix. Had I known it wouldn’t have been an issue.
It was in a wonderful and convenient location just minutes from everywhere we wanted to go.
Historic building and beautifully restored
