Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with many guests noting positive experiences at reception and with housekeeping. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, especially in rooms and common areas. However, there were repeated complaints about the quality and variety of food, particularly breakfast, which some found disappointing for a hotel of this standard. A few guests also mentioned issues with noise, parking, and some dated facilities, but overall, the value for price and service left a positive impression.AI-generated from customer reviews
