9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved it!
Cons: Since we are English a smart tv would’ve been good. Also alcohol In mini bar.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is ideal as is right next to Centrale Station Milan which has great links. They also offered a driver service who was able to drop us to the main shops in a Maserati. The breakfast was also lovely and had a great variety of dishes. Our room had an incredible view, and was spotless. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and had answers to all of our questions.
Cons: The spa/pool area can get busy and there are very limited loungers. We found that other guests would leave their gowns on a lounger, leave for a long time and then expect it to reserve it even though a lot of people were waiting.

Pros: Location was great if you need to be near the central train station...just an easy two block walk away. Also, easy access to the Metro which takes you downtown for only 1 1/2 Euro. Rooms were small but neat and clean
Cons: tiny elevator and tiny shower, (although these seemed to be somewhat common in many hotels in Italy). Also, room was on the small side.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful! They helped us figure out how to spend our one night in Milan and get us where we needed to be the next day. We were there for the convenience of being near the train station. It fit our needs perfectly!

9,3 Excellent
Pros: A great true five star hotel. Excellent and knowledgeable concierge. Location is outside of the Montepoleone shopping district so a nice oasis to come home to at pIazza Republica. Great part was frequent Benz stretch limo pickup and drop off from the hotel to La Scala/ Duomo and Montepoleone area -- that was extreme helpful with kids. Had an upgrade which was appreciated and not asked for. Breakfast were absolutely excellent and included in our price. Champagne, full hot foods and fresh fruits and pastries. Will definitely be back!!
Cons: My only minor tif was pool was closed for renos. Minor and everything was to our or beyond our expectations.

3,6 Mediocre
Pros: Room decor
Cons: Breakfast prices were ridiculously high and quality was horrible. They also rip you off. We dined a la carte for breakfast the first day but were charged for the super high priced buffet. The good itself was horrible. Second morning all we had was juice , crossaint and coffee and were once again ripped off. This hotel is a rip off. Only good for business people billing their companies. Hotel was not even able to correct our charges during check out leaving us a bet other taste of being ripped off.

Pros: Amazing service, incredibly thoughtful staff, and beautiful surroundings are expected at this hotel. 5 star service, 5 star price. Make sure you work out a way to include breakfast, as it is expensive, but divine. Be wary about the high valet prices. Overall, you pay for what you get and this property does not disappoint.
Cons: High valet prices.

Pros: Perfect location - walking distance to metro, railway station, designer shops around the Duomo, museums and more. Relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff. I was there on my own and felt very comfortable. Big bedrooms and spacious baths with both a tub and a shower Spacious restaurant with many options Cosy lobbyarea as an alternative place for drinks and meals Nice spa and sauna - both dry and steam Didnt try the pool but it looked OK Super nice with free limousinservice all day to the Via Montenapoleone and the Duomo. If you like wallking instead the distance is not at all far. Take the old tram, if you like!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was truly a fairy tale. I was blown away by their interior decor when I first arrived, and continued to be amazed by how beautiful it was every time I saw it. Our room was very clean and nice, not the largest room but it was enough for what we needed. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made us feel very special during our stay. It’s only 20 min walk to the Duomo area which we didn’t mind because it gave us an opportunity to walk around and experience the city. If you want to take a taxi, the staff will call one for you and it’s quite cheap to get around to the major sights. This was the perfect place for my birthday celebration and I would love to come back and stay here again!
Cons: Nothing, I loved everything!

Cons: WiFi connection did not exist
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent. You walk out the side of the train station building and you can see it. Be aware there are two Starhotels locations across the street from each other. We didn’t see the “Anderson” first.
7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was fine, convenient. The bar brought up birthday cake and delivered the prosecco as requested. Hotel is clean and attractive and shower and bath are powerful. Location handy!!
Cons: On the first night it was too warm and we had to sleep with window open. To properly do this you must leave open curtains because of double window. So it was noisy and bright. I messaged on our 2nd day because we were in Como and someone said they would look into this. When we returned window was open and it was the same. On our 3rd day I mentioned to reception and the receptionist explained either heating or air con worked, not both. She sent up someone to turn off heating. He played around with room thermostat but we had already tried this. Team were friendly but I would rather have known that we would just have to put up with this than have people 'check this' I'd suggest replacing shower heads or screens because you already know your shower soaks bathroom. The strange iron lending policy is not ideal. I used to run budget hotels with no problems with irons.
6,0 Good
Pros: Location is good in term of closeness to central station and taxi/buses parking.
Cons: Very crowded neighborhood, very difficult to find parking outside the hotel. The hotel only provide parking at carage 5-10 min walk from hotel. If your request iron , they will charge you 10 euro/30 min if you use it more than 30 min which is weird for a hotel that should provide iron in everyroom. Bed is smaller than usual king beds , room is clean and size is not bad.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was a nice size.
Cons: There was the noise of a tram.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, cosy place, spacious room
