Their service was horrible. Very slow internet speed too.
Do not stay here!!!!!
I did not like anything here, tweaked, crack heads and hookers hangout in the lobby and around the front door!
The rooms are FILTHY!!!! My 6mo old daughter got a nasty rash from the beds and the rest of us got sick...... the AC was broken and they refused to fix it, poor water pressure, house cleaning never came to clean the room or bring clean towels. The phone didn’t even work when we tried to call the front desk THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY........SERIOUSLY BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!
Terrible unsafe neighborhood
Room was clean , staff was nice
Hotel is in a very scary neighborhood. There were people milling about. When we went to get our luggage, we felt like there were some guys casing our truck. We were so worried about it, we decided to not stay. As we were leaving there was a hooker outside the door, her pimp calling her over, and in the parking lot was a guy fixing up his batch of drugs. Its not a place for a business person, as the description indicated, and it's definitely NOT family friendly.
The coffee shop and its wonderful Hispanic cooks, home-style food and low prices
old bathroom fixtures; old fashioned toilet with weak, water wasting flush, shower that sprayed every which-way.
Absolutely shitty hotel. Bathroom shower knob was broken and they didn't know about it. Maintenance is very bad. I wouldn't stay in Ramada ever again.
The staff was really great!
Although you can smoke on certain floors I was 5 floors above it and still smelled the smoke. Other customers smoked on the elevators and on any floor they wanted to.
I'll never uses the hotel again
The parking lot ia disgusting and dirty nothing worked in the rooms no towels to take a shower bathrooms would not even lock if you wanted service you had to go to the front desk
The view was nice.
Although it was a non-smoking room, and it did not immediately smell of smoke upon check in, the smell of cigarette smoke woke me up in the middle of the night! When I got home, I realized that all of the clothes that I had on and that I had packed with me smelled of smoke.
Exactly what you would expect for the price
The front desk person gave me a room on an upper level floor when I requested it due to a late check in and even though place was sold out. The room was fine. Basic two bedroom. Wireless worked. This was a multi-unit hotel with cheap rates - it worked for me when in town to go door to door during election season
Lobby and rest of hotel smells of cigarette smoke bc smoking allowed in the casino. Casino diner food pretty basic. Great for feeling like you get to see some local action.
You don't feel safe there
I'm still alive, my car was not stolen.
I had an expensive car and felt it's not a safe place to park my car for the night, nor it was clean enough inside. Best Western (just 20 bucks more expensive) in the same area is much better. La Quinta (same price) also felt better, although not as good as Best Western.
The carpets, the air quality in the room, stuffy corridors.
