Very nice registration people. Room was generally clean.. not perfect but definitely acceptable.
The room was not cleaned the first day. It could be a a Covid thing that they don't clean the room every day. There was a hair in the shower so the tub area was not cleaned as well as it could be but that a minor thing.
The Peppermill & staff did a great job with cleaning and sanitization during the covid-19 pandemic. The new dinning changes, sanitization, and plexiglass between the slot machine were great. I knew I would be safe.
My non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes & the mini refrigerator didn’t work. It wasn’t a game changer, however if I was staying more than 2 days, I would have asked for a different room.
Practically non-existent amenities for which I was charged a 'resort fee' (on top of base cost that would have gotten a regular room at a different hotel. Yes it was mostly 'covid shutdowns', I get that, however I should not have been charged.
It was just amazing ❤
the only thing I would say was the towels lol they left a lot of cotton or lint not sure all over me and my clothes but it's a small price to pay for a wonderful stay I'll just bring my own next time
It's really a great place to stay. Only thing could that maybe could be better is if the buffet was open
Had dinner at the Bimini and we were spoiled. The services great, the food was also fantastic and the atmosphere was very nice.
I have no clue! Everything was great
Excellent customer service when checking
The room was gorgeous
Check out time
Nothing, everything was great!
The location was convenient for our purpose — volleyball tournament at Reno–Sparks Convention Center.
We were booked into the North Wing which feels separated from the main hotel and there are stairs in the hallway which requires some rooms to drag their suitcases up and down these stairs. Fortunately we were located on the 3rd floor which is the same level as the skywalk. Those who are not on this floor will need to take the elevator from the lobby to the 3rd floor then take a second elevator to get to their room.
Spa, and restaurants
Large property, lots of walking between locations

Add ons start making hotel expensive.
