Pros: A great variety of foods for breakfast. They have a chef to make fresh eggs, omlette, pancakes, etc The spa is amazing - great sauna and pool. They also provide other facilities, such as table tennis, billiards The staff is extremely nice.

Cons: Coffee was not very good. The matresses are average quality. Spa facilities could be working extra hours, at least till 22h.

Pros: The food was very good and generous.

Pros: Family hotel with pleasant atmosphere, have very friendly approach to their guests. One feels there like at home. Nice, traditional restaurant with good food. I liked wellness and pool, which has a nice view. Very convenient location opposite a supermarket and directly above ski bus stop. I would like to come again.

Pros: Location is very nice, ski bus stops just in front of the hotel. We enjoyed playing billiard.

Pros: Hotel apartment was very nice, spacious, clean and well equipped for cooking. Nice spa and swimming pool, although a bit crowded. Great location for skiing.

Cons: The only complaint goes to ski room - not enough room for ski boots in high season and other people unscrupulously moved your boots from shoe dryer and exchanged for theirs. Also, hard to find a parking spot in front of the hotel, though some people parked over two spaces (and hotel knows licence plates so should be able to reach to the guest and ask them to make space for others). Of course, it´s not just problem of the hotel management but also the guests themselves.

Cons: It's great that hotel has indoor pool but water in it is too cold.

Pros: Lovely modern hotel in a good location with easy access to the ski slopes.

Cons: Location of our apartment. What we paid for was advertised as having a lovely terrace with views while in fact we were put in one on ground floor, level with and facing the car park. We had no terrace and no privacy due to the location. Also, as a consequence the apartment was rather dark. In fact we had to keep our curtains shut during the day as people at the car park could see directly into our apartment. We asked to be moved to another apartment but were told there was no other vacancy. This was very disappointing and spoiled the overall impression of the property and our stay. Another potential issue for some people is that the hotel allows pets. This may be a concern for someone with allergies. Although the property was very clean and of a high standard, we had an issue with dogs hair on the sofa and cushions. It is fair to say the hotel dealt with this quite effectively providing some extra cleaning which - in our case - solved the problem.

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and kind. The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful view of the ski slope. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Nice small pool for the kids to enjoy and a decent spa.

Cons: The room cleaning was not up to standard (garbage and dust under the bed). For a 150 EUR cleaning charge they should have done better.

Pros: It's a perfect skiing experience for people with children. Playroom is awesome, cool pool and spa. I honestly don't have a complain and will definitely return next year.

Pros: It was another wonderful stay! We were already 3rd time here and always so satisfied. It has all what we need. Thanks!

Pros: We cannot rate this hotel highly enough - everything has been superb. The whole ambience is welcoming, calm and relaxing - the staff are just lovely - genuine, friendly and helpful - the spa facilities are wonderful - the food amazing - everything is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The location is great too - a characterful little town with many ski resorts and lovely walks in easy reach. All in all a truly wonderful experience - the only downside is that our children’s expectations of a ski holiday have been set way too high!!!

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: Food, saunas, the view, pools, jacuzzi, scenery, biking routes, staff. Wish i can go there again!

Cons: The mattress was a bit soft, but i have problems sleeping anywhere besides my own bed anyways :)

Pros: The staff really understands customer service. The spa is awesome and the food is terrific. The setting and the general region are breathtaking. This may be the best luxury value for the money in Europe

Cons: A take reservation and come sunday afternoon . But in hotel nobody and its close. Then we call couple telephone number to find somebody open hotel.A spend more then 1.5 hours. Hotel its good but why you take money and dont put some telephone number or key.

Pros: Very good buffet meal for breakfast and dinner! Staff was very nice and friendly. Good place for families as there are lot of board games and child corner. Hotel is quite near to ski slopes and even though is near to center and shops, it was quiet there.

Cons: Beds could be more comfortable.

Cons: -We did not know about the fact that there were 2 separate buildings for accommodation, but eventually was not a big problem. -No fridge in the room (in winter it is ok because it is cold outside...)

Cons: 15 minutes after the start of the breakfast, pastries, cheeses and cold cuts were eaten. It has been added on request. Overall few options to choose from to eat. Accommodation was in a separate house about 300m from the address of accommodation. We were reminded of this fact on the spot. If we knew this in advance, we would not choose this accommodation. Very soft mattresses - we had a problem with sleeping.

Pros: Very nice staff mindfull and full of help. So great service from the team.

Cons: No Water Cooker in the rooms, nor in the central room. Kitchen is locked and central room empty so only cold water to drink .... Not very warm ambiance a it eastern soviet style. Breads in the morning breakfast are not too fresh or even very dry why so cheap ?

Pros: Very clean, the staff was nice. The sauna is a good adition. We were sleeping in the house which is just accross the ski lift.

Cons: Everything was nice, only the walls are quite thin, you could hear other guests.

Pros: Comfortable family rooms, great location, great room for indoor sports (table tennis, table footbal), sauna, optional dinner, nice breakfast and almost everything home-made.

Cons: We booked two rooms and they couldn't arrange two narrow rooms but they assigned us one room in the first and the other in the second floor. The room in the first floor hasn't been renewed for years except the bathroom which was probably renewed recently. "The sauna" is a horrible, uncleaned place in the cellar, which repell potential sauna users. The food was average quality.
