Pros:Good staff, good breakfast, free WiFi
Cons:Very loud, bed was minimal blankets and hard, ice machines and vending out of order, sink totally cracked, felt old. Felt like a motel definitely not luxury in any regard
Pros:We arrived late & the reception was warm & friendly. The young man at the front desk was very courteous & helpful. Our room was clean, the breakfast was good with lots of foods to choose from & we all had a good night's sleep!
Cons:The parking lot is very small, so larger vehicles have to park in the rear of the hotel. It's easy to get lost if you're not paying attention to where you're going because this place is a maze of hallways! Tiny area to eat breakfast, not much seating.

Cons:Room smelled. Toilet took a couple of flushes to start working

Cons:The room was old dated and stinky. It had some horrible chemical smell. The smell pretty much tainted the whole stay. Overall this should not be a best western (plus).
Pros:LOVED staying here! My friend and I were on a roadtrip from Santa Cruz to Ashland, Oregon and just needed a place to rest for one night. We thought the beds were incredibly comfortable, breakfast was decent, and the room was clean and quiet. The elevator was really slow and hot, but honestly that's my only complaint. It was 107 when we were passing through but you never would have known it inside the room. Well worth the $100 to me! I would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay on a long road trip.

Pros:The bed was comfortable Right off the I-5
Cons:The room was HOT, and HUMID, and smelled like a wet dog. I had to change rooms twice to find one that wasnt hotter than outside. The shower/tub was so loud I felt like I would wake the entire floor. like a really squeaky floor. I thought I was upgrading the room so I would of had something the other rooms did not. Nope just got charged more. Hi-speed internet? I think it was as slow as it possibly could be. I had to go to Starbucks to connect, it was too slow in the room.
Pros:Nice location right on the 5, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice television and shower overall everything was pretty good. We left a watch in our room and the staff put it in lost and found and we picked it up 5 days later on our way home! Very trustworthy staff
Pros:New carpet comfortable firm bed HBO. refrigerator. Clean remote control breakfast selections
Cons:The hallway was narrow and difficult to maneuver the luggage trolley
