Pros (+) Good staff, good breakfast, free WiFi
Cons (-) Very loud, bed was minimal blankets and hard, ice machines and vending out of order, sink totally cracked, felt old. Felt like a motel definitely not luxury in any regard

Pros (+) We arrived late & the reception was warm & friendly. The young man at the front desk was very courteous & helpful. Our room was clean, the breakfast was good with lots of foods to choose from & we all had a good night's sleep!
Cons (-) The parking lot is very small, so larger vehicles have to park in the rear of the hotel. It's easy to get lost if you're not paying attention to where you're going because this place is a maze of hallways! Tiny area to eat breakfast, not much seating.
