Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to city attractions, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. However, many reviews highlighted significant drawbacks, including frequent noise from nearby streets, lack of air conditioning or proper ventilation, and the absence of on-site staff or reception, which complicated check-in and guest support. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some rooms described as clean while others were noted as dirty or poorly maintained. Amenities were often lacking, with complaints about missing air conditioning, elevators, and limited parking. Overall, while the location is a major asset, service, comfort, and facilities require improvement.
