location to expressway. staff person brought extra blanket, it was great.
there was No breakfast as advertised. the hotel had coffee and hostess ho hos. terrible. It was worse than a bad continental breakfast. We were disgusted, so went to McDonalds which wasn't very good, but was a major improvement over the hotel.

The electric receptacles were not in good condition. They were wore out and some did not work.

Knock on the door 10 min before check out at 11 asking if we were leaving. Found it intrusive, was rushing to leave the room on time.

The staff was fighting. They were saying bad words around us. They where cussing at each other. A young short lady was fight with and older lady. Will not return to the location. Breakfast was only coffee and oatmeal. Very poor service.

Due to covid, they were not serving breakfast. They had a bowl of instant oatmeal and some paper bowls that you could make oatmeal if you wanted to. They also had coffee and hot water in air pots, although temp of contents was just warm.

The bed was very low quality and not comfortable. There were hairs in the tub. Check out was at 10 am, and the staff called us at 9:30 am that day to ask if we were checking out. They even tried to walk in our room at 9:15 am to clean it.
