6,0 Good
Pros: Very nice front desk staff to check us in after a long drive. Comfortable enough bed for a quick road trip pit stop.
Cons: No idea how rooms can be this expensive for what you get. Feels old and worn. Stayed at a bran new hotel in Ft Worth the night before for $20 less/night than here so was expecting a lot more. Starburst wrapper on the floor when we walked into the room and leftover soap stains in the tub so obviously not a good cleaning between guests.
7,0 Good
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: I don't like hair in the shower. That makes me think the shower and possibly other areas are not clean. There was no coffee even though I was told there would be at check in. I asked the lady at the desk and no effort made to make any coffee. Walls are thin. I could hear my neighbors voices throughout the night
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was right off the highway and met all of our expectations. I had never stayed at a Microtel before, but thought if it was owned by Wyndam, then I had to give it a chance since I have stayed at wyndams before. I was impressed.
Cons: Nothing. It was located by many restaurants and shops, the personnel were great, and the room was updated and clean.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: The room was heavily scented. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction and woke up with swollen eyes and lips. I have a fragrance allergy.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful!!!!!
Cons: The hallway was noisy but we were close to the main entrance.
6,0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Was no remote for the TV
6,0 Good
Pros: No breakfast due to Covid 19, however, the room was nice.
Cons: People next door going in and out and letting the door slam shut several times after 10pm. I'm not sure the floors had been swept as you couldn't walk barefoot without walking on grit.
7,1 Good
Pros: I liked the size and space in the room. It worked out well for us and our baby.
Cons: I thought the price was a little too high for the quality
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Just right
Cons: I’ve staying in a couple of gnarly Microtel’s so we hesitant, this hotel had all the right ingredients for a nice overnight stay to help break up a long trip from OK to CO.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good, except the room smelled like a nursing home.
Cons: The smell in our room
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful
Cons: Breakfast was very simple
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: New Manager is very rude! We have stayed at this Microtel twice a year for 10 years and his attitude takes the place to a new LOW! We were told that only 25% of the Facility would be Booked and the 2nd Floor was Closed. Both were untrue! The Motel appeared to be at virtual capacity last night, with no Supervision. Dogs were barking in the hall and doors were being slammed as early as 3:30 A.M. ! And NONE of the Staff was wearing a Mask as Mandated, nor did the Manager supply a wipe with my card and hand sanitizer as advertised by Microtel. And the covers on both beds in the room looked as if someone had taken a nap earlier!

Pros: The staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean and it had a good breakfast.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Both interior and exterior doors to each room.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I’ve never seen a cleaner hotel property! From the front desk to the rooms. Exceptionally friendly staff!
Cons: I’m not a big fan of outside entry rooms but it’s a very clean, secure property.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was nice. The room was quiet.
Cons: The big problem we had was booking through a 3rd party site. The 3rd party site put us in a room with accommodations and we really needed a tub for our small child instead of a walk in shower. Not to mention taking the accommodation room from someone who actually needed it. We did not pick this room but we were stuck with it. The people at the front desk said they couldn’t change our room because it was booked through a 3rd party (ie. Kayak)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Decor-too dark
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were so soft! The pool was great fun! And the breakfast was also great!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: clean
Cons: nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Ate dinner at Mulligan's. The spinach salad was simple and fresh, the raspberry dressing I didn't like. The tortilla soup was again simple but delicious. Wonderful spices, tender chicken, carrots and potatoes tender crisp. Loved the common area--wish I brought the kids--it was a great area for them to run in the dead of winter. Had plenty of space for a room with beds. Water was hot, good water pressure. Heat worked well. Lady who checked me in, I think her name was Lydia (?) was very nice.
Cons: Lighting. The room was sooo dark. Turned on every light and it was still dim. Cost. $134 was a lot to pay considering it was Raton, not close to full, and the room wasn't anything special or better than other hotels. I thought it would be nicer because of the convention space, and reviews, but it was a hotel room on par with Hampton, Quality Inn, etc.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: no
