9,6 Excellent
Pros: Liked location, staff, comfortable beds, availability of an in house restaurant and complimentary full breakfast. Nice to have a gift shop available and location of our rooms were nice and private toward the rear of the complex, which we appreciated since one of our party was traveling with a trailer.
Cons: Thought it was rather expensive. There were also a few bugs in each room. Nothing bad, just not what I would expect for rooms in this price caregory.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant and bar are very good. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Cons: The gym needs another treadmill and weights please
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The pillows and bed were amazing The breakfast was super convenient and delicious
Cons: The a.c. Unit seemed a little weak like it needed more freon the air was slightly warm but other than that everything else was great
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was nice. The room was quiet.
Cons: The big problem we had was booking through a 3rd party site. The 3rd party site put us in a room with accommodations and we really needed a tub for our small child instead of a walk in shower. Not to mention taking the accommodation room from someone who actually needed it. We did not pick this room but we were stuck with it. The people at the front desk said they couldn’t change our room because it was booked through a 3rd party (ie. Kayak)

Pros: We loved the pool. This hotel has a unique common area that has an indoor pool with the hotel doors leading to this area. My kids loved having the other kids be able to see out their windows when they were swimming so that everyone would join in. It was really cool. The attached restaurant has a window so that you can see the pool from there as well. Great hotel.
Cons: It was all good. Pool was a little cold and they most definitely could use a hot tub in that same area.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Pool was great!
Cons: AC in room very hard to regulate.

Pros: Cleanliness. Comfy bed. Easy check in
Cons: Breakfast was a bit sparse. Could’ve been that it was labor day weekend .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. I thought the availability of the soup offering was very nice although we didn’t partake because of timing. Thoughtful. Room was very nicely decorated. Entry was very inviting - knew it was going to be a nice place to stay. More I thought about it, I would rate it excellent but wouldn’t let me go back. I would definitely stay again.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Everything was comfortable. Ms. Garcia in the breakfast room was so nice!!
Cons: Na
7,1 Good
Pros: The front desk staff
Cons: The poor cleaning staff, the poor conditions of the facility, the poor maintenance of the room. We were especially disappointed in the fact that our room was not ready by 3:30pm when we were told it would be ready by 3:00. First room that they gave us was either still occupied or not clean. We observed one cleaning girl on her phone one day upon return at 3:10pm and when we went out at 4:30pm she was either still on her phone or was on it again, and then at 5:15 same girll on the phone again. No wonder rooms were not being cleaned on time for guests.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean with newer decor. Room had every convenience. Best thing was the hotel location being the closest to our destination...the NRA Whittington Center.
6,3 Good
Pros: Room was pretty nice and people who work here couldn’t help that there were problems the company should fix. Good breakfast. Lady who worked there was really sweet
Cons: No luggage rack and disability shower was hard to work with and flooded bathroom . Putting your bag on the floor is a good way to get bed bugs

4,0 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly and kind.
Cons: Rooms need to be updated for that price. The mattress was uncomfortable, the towels were cheap grade.
6,7 Good
Cons: Air conditioner located in vanity area, hard to cool sleeping area.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The included breakfast is a treat. It's at the adjacent restaurant and was delicious. The staff there was friendly and made us feel welcome.
Cons: Staff not friendly. Made me feel we were a bother. Window in bathroom had clear glass. Made our daughter uncomfortable and we did our best to cover it.
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: Broken recliner. Moved to substandard room. Ice machine broken. Lamp broken next to bed. Overpriced Room.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The restaurant was good
Cons: The room was older but was clean. The room's are a very generous size. The floor had some soft spots. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The restaurant was good. I would not stay here again because I got a horrible night's sleep and a back and neck ache from the cheap 200.00 mattress and 3.00 pillow. I would expect that qualoty of furnishings from one of the 50.00 a night hotels. I told the front desk guy the next morning and he didn't really care to hear my complaint. I would not stay here again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: they have a dog area and our dogs like it and the experience was great.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: I didn’t know my wife had left her insulin and other diabetic supplies in the refrigerator. We were far, far away before we got a message from the Inn telling us that it was left behind. The employees at the Inn helped us to get her prescriptions returned to us by mail. Kudos to them for their concern and extra effort.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a king suite, the room was very large, with plenty of space. The layout was functional, with bath and sink countertop and clothes rack separated from the main room. This provided some additional privacy. The restaurant was excellent.
Cons: Our room had an old upholstered recliner in it, that had seen better days. Maybe upgrade to a cocktail table and chairs?

9,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked best the kindness and respect of the owners. A truly midcentury motel,T&G wood Alpine ceiling, yet found crisp sheets, clean carpet and bath. Quaint sweet breakfast room
Cons: The parking lot lights remain on all night, so use a towel for makeshift. Relax, it's much CLEANER than the big names that have heavy drapes :) After the shock of seeing something so retro,it was quiet & great location to explore town.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Waffles, and muffins, cereal for choices. Not bad..the waffles ate great.
Cons: Microwave in room had no tray and blew breaker when used.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and clean. Pet friendly - only $5 per dog.
Cons: Need a thicker curtain for the window. The outside lights stay on and glare into the room all night.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was perfect for a one night stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. The bed was very comfortable.
7,5 Good
Pros: We liked the beds. They were clean and very comfortable. The room was not musty or stuffy like some are. Room was clean. We were quite comfortable.
Cons: The ice machine was out of order so the attendant took us to the kitchen freezer for ice. In our rooms there was no facial tissue in the bathroom dispenser, and no extra roll of toilet paper. There was no list anywhere of what programming was available on the television or local cable. There was lots of evidence of poor building maintenance. Wads of toilet paper crammed into ceiling holes; a heater that was pouring out heat even when outside it was 85 degrees and the inside air conditioner going full blast. The bathroom sink faucet fixture was loose on the sink and leaking. The breakfast was rather sparse: only waffles, dry cereal, oatmeal, or toast. No jam. Two juices that were very, questionable. The orange juice was brown in color and had been thinned with ? water. The apple juice had been thinned with ?water. They were not very cold, either, like maybe they turned the refrigeration off at night and back on in the morning. Milk was available and cold.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Cozy and clean

Pros: The deer visited as if they were our pets. The area was quite and suited for rest.

Pros: Continental breakfast was ok. Room was nice size.
Cons: Difficult to locate property. No swimming pool.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms where really cool !!

With a stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Raton in Raton, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of The Raton Museum and Shuler Theater. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
7,5 Good
Cons: Rate was misquoted when I made reservation Rate increased every day Smoking at entrance by employees. Cigarette butts at front parking areas
6,7 Good
Pros: Everything was clean. They have a front desk employee 24/7. Staff was friendly. Cameras everywhere. Right off the highway.
Cons: Bathroom sink barely drained. TV did not work. Flooring creaked every step you took, and we were on the first floor. We spent one night on our way to CO from Texas. Arrived at 1am, checked out at 8:50am. When checking out front desk asked if we smoked marijuana and said they smelled it from hallway. If it was true, why wouldn't you confront them and knock on the door to confirm? Why would you ask them when checking out? For $96 a night I expected far better. The next 4 nights we got a fully serviced condominium in Aspen for $124 per night.
7,1 Good
Pros: Room was clean and the bed was comfortable
Cons: I didn’t like that they installed flooring over existing carpet and the door would not open up all the way
6,7 Good
Pros: I've stayed here before so I knew what to expect. However, my TV had no power cord attached, so I couldn't watch TV. The clerk searched all over the hotel and couldn't find a replacement. I eventually found the cord under the desk in my room, but when I attached it to the TV all I got was "No Signal" so I still couldn't watch TV in my room. Pretty disappointing. The clerk, a young woman, was very nice and very apologetic about it. If I return to raton I'll probably try somewhere else to stay.
4,6 Okay
Cons: floof dirty, cold day old coffee, no fresh coffee, ask for spoons and he walked off and customer found some for us. was told when that breakfast would be at 6:00 am. and at 8:00 am when we was leaving it was just then being set up.
2,9 Mediocre
Cons: Big carpet replacement, not matched at all. Dirty washcloth in the shower from previous people. Air conditioner did not work, not much at continental breakfast. Rust around the sink in the bathroom! Not worth $50 much less the $100 we spent to stay here!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Receptionist very helpful and professional even after a late night check-in time.
4,2 Okay
Pros: No real breakfast, only Activia for protein. Juices warm from the prior day. Tried three different times to call front desk, no answer ever! Sink was old plastic and cracked, parking lot poorly paved, property in great location but stuck behind other. Not up to any other Super 8 I’ve stayed at. Very sad example!
Cons: All of the above!
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing actually
Cons: A couple outlets were out, tub spout was broken and the non slip was peeling up from the tub....Soda machine was all sold out, room didn't smell very good....floors were old....
4,6 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed. Had a refrigerator & microwave in room.
Cons: Maid service was terrible - floors were filthy in room & hallway. After 3 days, ask them to clean them, which they did but by the next day, were dirty again. Had to ask for clean towels 3 out of 7 days as we had no maid service at all for 2 days. New flooring was laid over carpet so it moved all over and squeaked when you walked on it. Arrived at 3:30 and still had to wait for a room... All around, terrible experience.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Front desk had an attitude that i really didn't appreciate , and he tried to RIP me off
7,0 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed. It was easy to get to right off the Interatate.
Cons: Furniture was old and dilapidated. Couch in room was not worth a yard sale.
