Pros (+) Had an issue at check in, our reservation through a third party never reached the hotel. The front desk staff helped immensely in ensuring that we had a room while the third party fixed this issue. Rooms were clean and newly renovated, beds were comfortable.

Cons (-) NOISE!!! It takes a lot for me to call the front desk and complain about another room. I had to do so about the room above us after 45 minutes of kid or kids running back and forth almost continuously. Front desk said they would check on it, but nothing was done and the situation continued for another 45 minutes. Makes going to sleep very difficult.
