Cons (-) A little bit of noise from the adjacent room in the middle of the night. The cleaning staff checked for vacancy around 09:30.
Pros (+) We stayed there for one night. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke very badly. We mentioned it to the front desk and they didn't seem to care. One of the kids left the bathroom door open overnight and the room started to stink too. Yuck! We told the for t desk again in the morning and they said ok. Hmmm. The is suppose to be smoke free but doesn't seem like it. Please have housekeeping check r...

Pros (+) The room was clean and quiet. We had our 9 month old with us and we didn't feel like we were intruding on the neighbors with his occasional cries like we did at some other hotels with paper thin walls. We didn't take advantage of the water park but it did look like it would be a lot of fun for kids.
Cons (-) The Breakfast could have been a little better.
Pros (+) We stayed during a holiday weekend and the place was packed with families and tons of young children who were enjoying the water park. Our room was small for the price but the staff was fantastic- very professional and accommodating.
Cons (-) Kids were running in the halls late at night. Our next door neighbors were partying late which kept us up. Again probably just the holiday weekend.
Pros (+) I accidently left an item in our room and called the next day. The staff found my item and shipped it back to me in perfect condition!
Pros (+) Water Park for the family and the grandchilldren Beds were comfy.
Cons (-) Rooms were smaller than what I anticipated for the price. My son and his family had to stat at the La Quinta since Fairfield is not pet friendly BUT his room was cheaper and the size of room was the same as the Fairfield Inn.
