Pros: This has been our second time at this Ritz. Everything is really comfortable and has a luxury touch.
Cons: Although the Ritz Carlton is of course very pricey, some of the customer care is obviously only provided for additional money. I don‘t get why expensive hotels charge the valet parking (the only option) and resort fees (no way around these). This should be included in the given price. Also: we kindly asked to send a forgotten small item to a hotel in LA. This was no issue at all, but was charged with nearly 20$!! This is a really poor service quality.

Cons: Ww would rate the food as mediocre. In particular, our $500 bill for 4 at The Edge Steakhouse was out of line for the quality of the dinner. The service matched.

Cons: This is a little picky. Your adult pool felt like a hot tub. Whatever your cooling system is doing, its not working very well. One last detail about the pool. Its the perfect situation for an infinity pool or at the very least some clean glass with hidden borders. It seems such a waste of the view to not do something about that dirty glass that you cant really see out of once you are in the pool.

We can't wait to go back!! By the way, our room was AMAZING! We got a balcony room which was great, plus the king bed was a Cal King. Luxury!

Cons: Since I got a good deal on my room they stuck me in one with a wall as my view. I asked to change and they said no. I don't think they were that busy. Not very friendly when I was asking. I was very disappointed and it seemed like they were upset that I got a good deal on the room.

Cons: The minute we walked into our room, there was a very bad smell, couldn’t use the air conditioning cause it made it worse. Turned the AC off and opened the windows it made it better. Although it made it hard to sleep the first night, also the bed sheets left lint on my black pajamas which made me wonder if they get renewed oftentimes. When reported to concierge, he didn’t make efforts to change our rooms, and didn’t follow up. As I was checking out, I brought this problems to the front desk Associate, he claimed the concierge should of had us moved to another room.

Cons: I have two minor criticisms- if you're going to be a family friendly resort, if a person with children makes a request for something like a microwave-accommodate them. Babies and toddlers have bottle needs. Also, when it comes to house cleaning, I always know when they do a good job because I don't feel hairspray on the counter (always an indicator they actually wiped the counter) and there are no hairs on the floor or anywhere-which is really disgusting.

Cons: Only one hot tub was open at the entire resort, and it was dirty and overcrowded. In our room, the door to the bathroom had open slats instead of a solid door, so even the smallest sounds could be heard by anyone in the room.

Pros: It is clean, nice and very well run. The Spa was amazing!
Cons: We had a hard time finding servers on Sunday. It was nice that the adult pool was quiet but there was no one around to order drinks or food.

Cons: The rooms smelt like mildew and were outdated . They have only renovated certain rooms supposedly . No water in room or mini bar . The maid cleaned the room in less then 15 minutes and it was horrible .
