Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, enjoyable pool area, and good value for the price. Many found the breakfast offerings satisfactory, though some noted issues with crowding and inconsistent quality. While the value and amenities like the pool and breakfast were highlights, several guests raised concerns about cleanliness, outdated rooms, and occasional maintenance problems. Overall, the hotel is seen as affordable and well-located, but could benefit from updates and improved housekeeping.

We tried to check in at 4:30pm. The staff member informed us that our room would be ready in about 30 minutes and they would call when it was ready. We waited in the lobby and we were never called. My husband finally went up to the desk and inquired about our room. We were not checked in until 7:15pm. The room was still dirty when we checked in. It was a frustrating experience and unfortunately ru...

Cons (-) My showerleaked water had chipped porcelain and mold in the grout, could use some sprucing up.

Cons (-) The pool was closed which was the only reason I picked this hotel. Apparently they stated this on their website, but it was not listed on Kayak or priceline. Once we got there, it was non refundable, and at 108 degrees it was a miserable trip with no pool. The movies and TVs didn't work well. Just overall not good. And I have never complained about a hotel before, but this was a uniquely bad exper...
