Pros (+) Beds & Linens super comfortable, morning breakfast beyond expectations, rooms are updated & location, location, location is wonderful!!
Cons (-) Pool area side tables need replacing, elevator backed up a lot because of the staff carts, view of neighboring electricity grid is disappointing.

Pros (+) Because of a ceiling leak in our room (poured in on the head and end of the bed), the manager gave us the room with his compliments. The clerk asked if we would be interested in changing rooms (very kind), but it was already 7:30 a.m. and we were not interested in doing that. Manager was very decent about it all.
Cons (-) We had to rise earlier than desired to report the room leak, and we found it more advantageous simply to check out early than go to another room for an hour or two.
