Drink machine never worked.
Good, basic hotel.
First of all, the staff was AMAZING. We showed up around 2AM and in my late-night haze, I had accidentally booked the room for the following weekend. Whoops! The gentleman at the desk was so incredibly nice and helpful, guiding us through changing it with Kayak, reserving a room for us at the same price, giving us a late check-out because we looked exhausted. So nice. The room was basic and not great, but for what you pay for, it'll do. Far from beautiful, but it'll get you through the night.
Not super clean -- definitely could use updating and very thorough bathroom/sink cleaning. But the sheets were clean, the bed was fine, it is what it is.
crap
The location was ideal and the price was decent
The quoted price was decent for what i had requested. I requested a no-smoking room with two queens. The room had 2 doubles and when I asked I was told they were in fact queens, I was blatantly lied to. Also there were cigarette burns on the comforters, the main floor stunk of marijuana in the middle of the night, and the housekeeping was lousy. For a weekend trip with the guys I'd probably book again, but if you plan to stay for a while or with wife and kids, look elsewhere.
price; shower/bathroom and linens were clean
hallways, common areas and non-smoking rooms still smelled like smoke. Walls were thin and noise carried through the hallways. lights flickered in the room.
