Took at shower and pressure dropped to nothing and had to call front desk covered in soap. When I first got to the room the window was open and there was an air ionizer set up. Next day the room smelled of vomit. One elevator was broken security door that was supposed to be locked 24 hrs never locked.
Pros:The heat and ac worked really good
Cons:Hallways smelled like weed and cigarettes when i had My room with my 11 year old son, there was also bug bite spray found on the bed

Pros:Good central location for the Raleigh area. Staff are polite and courteous. Beds are comfortable and clean. Good price on the wallet, but you know the saying....
Cons:Breakfast was....well, you might prefer to spend the money going out for that. Main elevator was frustratingly slow. 5 to 10 minute wait even though there are only 5 floors. No door whatsoever marking stairs. The other side of the hotel did have stairs, but not marked. The maid always forgot to replenish potty paper.
Pros:The staff was very nice. Location was perfect for us.
Cons:Tired. Has been remodeled, but .... toilet very old, very low to the floor.
Pros:Liked location, central and close to mall, felt relatively safe. Enjoyed alternate entrance nearer to room. Size of room was great, fridge and microwave a plus. Nice woodsy view outside of windows. Staff was very nice. Pool seemed nice but didn't go. Would stay again, very nice value for the price.
Cons:I did not love the slow elevators, and they need a not protein at breakfast. Love hard boiled eggs but with three nights it got a bit old. A nice scrambled egg option would make all the difference in this hotel for me. They also needed to vacuum the halls a bit more for overall cleanliness impression. But these wouldn't affect my decision to stay again.
Cons:No fan in bathroom working
Pros:Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. It was a little hard to find as there was only a small sign. The plantings were nice and it was well maintained.
Cons:Other guests - Our room was freezing when we arrived and it was nice weather so we opened the window but had to close is as there were people outside smoking and even though we were on the 4th floor, the smoke came in the window. The people stayed in the parking lot until after midnight and were loud. Also, just as a heads up, we were in a king suite and there was a couch but it was not a sleeper - could only be used as a twin.
