Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and found some staff members to be courteous and helpful. However, many reviews highlighted issues with amenities being unavailable due to renovations, inconsistent service quality, and problems with cleanliness and breakfast options. While some guests enjoyed their stay and noted clean rooms and good breakfast, others were disappointed by poor management, lack of transparency, and unprofessional staff behavior. Overall, the location stands out as a positive, but improvements are needed in service, amenities, and communication.
