The location is great
We booked 2 rooms for our family. We are a party of 6 adults and 3 children. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working and the heat was unbearable. the staff made absolutely no effort to fix the air conditioning and only offered us a filthy fan. Our family tried opening the window but the mosquitoes made it worse. We ended up sleeping all 9 people in one room. When I asked for a refund of the big room they refused and asked me to speak directly with the website. We came all the way from Canada to enjoy time with our family and this was the worst experience ever. Punta del este is amazing but I will advise against staying in this hotel to anyone. Staff is rude and the rooms are not clean.

Location was great! Only 1 block to the beach and to main street Gorlero. Front desk was great! Ready to help in any way. Bed linen were nive and crisp

From the pictures it seems like a hotel., but the room is relatively small.

Location and friendly staff
It really needs to be refurbished. I stayed in ground floor and there were many water stains and also some mold on the walls. Wifi is useless, constantly falling out. Breakfast is basic.
