Pros (+) Overall a nice resort. Is great construction from 2009. was clearly a nice place in the early years and had/has great potential. seems it never got the usage/tourism they expected and therefore the property is clearly falling apart as a result of a lack of usage and the absence of a need to maintain it. Cons (-) There were 4 of us traveling for business. stayed in an ocean view suite. We saw 3-4 other guests over the course of a few days.
