Very clean, it was extremely well maintained and the pool was salt water not chlorine. The shampoo and shower gel etc was fantastic quality - Elemis The pool was immaculate and kept neat throughout the day and the bar was reasonably priced. Staff English was phenomenal. Best bathroom door I have ever had in a hotel room, smooth sliding glass door with soft close. Great close restaurants and occasionally good entertainment.
The cost. £590 quoted on booking.com but paid £610 at the property.. that’s fine, however having paid for a harbour view I was stuck with some palm trees right up against the balcony and no harbour view, in fact no view at all other then the leaves of the trees. A slither of sun came on the balcony between 1&2 and then was gone for the rest of the day. The room was clean (tables, mirrors and balcony) but the sheets where not correctly made during the day, the towels where scrunched not properly folded and the glasses needed to be cleaned before being used. There was open coffee sachets left from the previous guests. The electrics... a plug was hanging off the wall behind the fold out couch bed, the main lights and LED mood lighting behind the mirror, tv and bed was all connected but not working fully, (about 20 out of approx 200 LEDs where working or flickering) and the fuse board made a horrendous buzz when the light switch was pressed. The frame around the balcony door was poorly painted and had drips of the paint from the wall on it. Lastly. The wardrobe doors did not fully close when one door was closed the other was open by 5 inches which was extremely annoying and made an awful noise also when opening and closing All this added up, I won’t be staying again
Very big and beautiful territory (parking, supermaket, restaurans, shops, park etc). Very good breakfests and dinners.
The hotel was really close to the sea. It had a good location. Inside, there was a big swimming pool so if the weather had not been good enough for swimming in the sea, we could have swum in the indoor pool. The breakfast was excellent - great choice. I really liked the sunbeds by the sea - we were given the sheets and the beach towels as well so we felt really comfortable lying on them. On the other hand, we had to pay for them.
I did not like the fact that we had to pay for the sunbeds by the sea. The room cleaning was rather poor. The lady changed the towels and made our beds and that was it. No vacuum cleaning or wiping the dust... And the prices in the hotel (for drinks, food, snacks) were exceeded.
Paid for marina view tried giving me different room, then charged me more than said on booking.com then all of sudden there English isn't great
It was our honeymoon stay, the staff made our room very welcoming (rose on the floor, heart shaped towels on the bed, etc) Everything was exceptional. Great selection of food every day, facilities superb, great location, staff very helpful and knows many languages.
