Pros (+) Boutique nature of resort equates to large availability for cabanas and pool chairs. Food & drink were outstanding. WIFI was great throughout the resort.
Cons (-) The base room was one of the smallest we have ever had in any hotel; We felt it was necessary to upgrade rooms resulting in added costs we did not plan on.

Pros (+) Karina, the manager, and the entire staff were truly professional and just wanted us to enjoy our vacation. By the way, definitely don't forget to make it to the Ocean Club, and if you're staying for 5 nights, you'll get to try a restaurant at the Grand Velas; don't miss it!
