This hotel is outside the town at the end of a mud road with no street light. The landscape design is unique to make sure every room has lake view, which is the only positive point I could find out for it.
Every other aspect is just disappointing, even terrible. The room is like concrete bunker with shabby furnitures. Just imagine a bed made of cement. What even worse is the hotel has routine cut off power every week, as the hotel told me, which may leave guests trapped in darkness at night for more than a hour. The only explanation the hotel can tell you is they can do nothing about it, not a single flashlight, not even a candle you can find in the room. we have to fight with the reluctant receptionist girl to get one out of three candles on her desk, the only light left in the entire hotel, to finish the shower in dark, TERRIBLE!
Fantastic experience. The hotel has a unique design, staff is super friendly and the chef is fantastic. It was a great experience all-around.
They have to illuminate the entrance to the property. Arriving at night can be very difficult, almost impossible to find how to get there.
Great staff and hotel.
Is a hike to town but you can get cabs or drive if lazy!
Lovely hotel, nice concept about carving rooms into a small hill rather than build above ground. Very good location if you have your own transport, else it's a 20 minute walk to town. Excellent rooms, comfortable beds. Superb bathrooms, probably the best I've seen in Chile so far. Fantastic staff who speak very good English - helpful, friendly, cheerful.
Nothing as such. Maybe a small grumble about climbing stairs to get anywhere, but then that's the "green concept" of the hotel.
The hot tub is comfortable and relaxing
The location is far away from downtown, the WiFi is terrible, the staff said it was due to bad weather, but the weather was just a bit cloudy, out of electricity for 2 hours.
