Pros: Fabuous setting, views, staff and restaurant. Very unique property. One of those places where the pictures don’t do it justice.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We only stayed at Singular one night but were blown away in every respect. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the uniqueness of the property, and the welcoming and accommodating staff. We loved our room, and enjoyed the other facilities. As for the service, it was easy to see that they made it a priority. They even surprised me with a slice of birthday cake at breakfast, after we casually mentioned the special occasion. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was special! A very confortable hotel at a beautiful landscape. Staff was attentive and professional. Restaurant serves very good food and wine. Easy access to Torres del Paine and Puerto Natales.

Pros: Is awesome, just perfect luxury.
Cons: The heating was too high. But that is a minimum detail in the middle of a superb hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotel experiences of my life. Amazing staff. Beautiful and clean hotel with a ton of history. It’s almost like a beautiful hotel built within a museum.
Cons: The hallways were a bit chilly but that’s literally it. Everything was perfect.
9,6 Excellent
Cons: Wi-Fi really bad
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic service at breakfast- in addition to usual scrambled eggs, option of eggs and coffee done the way you like it. Very helpful concierge and reception. We were a day early due to bad weather at TdP, but they allowed us to bring forward our reservation with no fuss and helped us with various activities around the area.
Sheuen Patagonia - Puerto Natales - Building

9,4 Excellent (167 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Sheuen Patagonia in Puerto Natales, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Plaza de Armas and Museo Histórico. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and refrigerator in a common area.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We are so grateful to Hostal Sheuen for accommodating us after our Patagonia hike was cut super short due to flooding in Torres del Paine. We had planned to stay the night before and the night after the hike, but we ended up staying the original night, then coming back two days later and staying for 3 more. They helped us get the same room back at the same rate, let us use the kitchen (we had food we'd purchased for the hike to cook), and provided recommendations for other things we could do in the area since we'd planned our time around the 5-day hike that ended up being only 2. Beyond that, the property is nice - clean bathrooms and rooms, the breakfast was good, and we liked the location. Thank you again!!
Cons: No complaints from us - though it would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the bathroom I suppose!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff is awesome. Also, they could do the laundry at an affordable price before I start another week of trekking in Paragonia

Pros: AMAZING HOSTEL! We were really happy! Breakfast amazing! Everything amazing!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious but what made the stay really special was the staff, particularly Álvaro. He was incredibly helpful, even with things that had nothing to do with our stay in the hotel, and when our plans were unexpectedly changed he helped turn something that could have ruined our trip into a new adventure.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It's like 3star hotel, only there's shared bathroom. Very very clean bathroom... Breakfasts were great.

Pros: Casa Lucy sets the standard for cleanliness and service In Puerto Natales. Stay here with confidence, it is my second year here and as before it is the best stay of the trip
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Proprietor was so friendly and helpful. She stored a few bags we did not need on our W Circuit hike, and when one of our daughter's left her tourist card in her stored bag, the proprietor found it and emailed to our refugio on the hike. Location is close to the bus station and also in good proximity to the town.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location was great! Easy to reach the bus station and the centre - about a 10 minute walk. Family run hostal with very friendly and helpful hosts. You can store your luggage there during the time you are trekking. The rooms were really cosy with great heating and hot showers. Nice common area and shared kitchen.
Cons: Internet connection is a bit weak in the rooms upstairs but in the common area it works perfectly, so it wasn't a problem. Walls are a bit thin between rooms so you can sometimes hear your neighbours. But generally people are getting up and going to bed at similar times so it wasn't a big issue.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The best hostel that operate by local family. Host can speak ebglish very well and always reply message. I book the tour from hotel and it is cheap and have a great guide. Breakfast is one of the best hostel breakfast i ever have. It offer every basic things such as juice, bread, jam, yogurt, tea, and ham with great taste. Toilet and bedroom is clean. Hot water works well. Living room is lovely.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent communication. A warm family-run hostel. Well-facilitated room and kitchen. Buffet breakfast was basic but good enough. Can arrange tour here directly.
Cons: It was all perfect except the last night I could hear the guy from next door snoring whole night.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place, lovely staff, very clean
Cons: Walls a little thin (could hear a neighbour snoring)
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful especially organising our tours etc. They even put breakfast out for us earlier since our bus was leaving. Rooms are really warm and cosy which is all we wanted and clean! Especially when its below 0.
Cons: The location is alittle bit out of town BUT huge upside is how close it is to the bus terminal especially when buses leave quiet early in the morning. We were upstairs and we could hear the guests in rooms downstairs-not huge but probably difficult for people who are light sleepers.
6,3 Good
Pros: Relatively clean
Cons: Extremely poor breakfast, rooms are old and minimalist, very noisy (from common spaces)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved that I could easily walk from the bus station to the hostel in just 10 minutes! It's also within easy walking distance to the commercial center of town and my favorite restaurant, Cafe Kaiken. The staff and service here was great. I was able to book tours through them for the base hike at Torres del Paine and the glacier trip to Perito Moreno. When I got back at night from my excursions, it was nice to see my room all neat and tidy from housekeeping. They were also very accommodating to provide breakfast before normal hours for those who had to leave early on trips. I really enjoyed the rooms as well. The wifi worked great and offered heating during the winter months. The cozy atmosphere made this a great place to relax after a long day of travel.
Cons: I paid more than what I originally booked for. I booked 3 nights for $137.12 USD on booking.com, but I ended up paying $164.57 USD when I arrived. I'm not sure why there was a difference, but everything else about the hostel was good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great hostel! Warm and cosy. Super friendly owners!

Cons: A sauna would be great.

Pros: Great staff and hotel.
Cons: Is a hike to town but you can get cabs or drive if lazy!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Best hot tub ever-if willing to endure driving snow and wind
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I have wanted to stay here since I first visited Chile 3 years ago and it exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was so pleasant, warm, and kind. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely incredible and I still crave the chupe de centolla we had for dinner and the salami & cheese, fresh bread, strudels, fruit and coffee for breakfast! The design and comfort of the entire hotel and facilities were magnificent. This may have been the best stay I have experienced to date! Lovely place!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic experience. The hotel has a unique design, staff is super friendly and the chef is fantastic. It was a great experience all-around.
Cons: They have to illuminate the entrance to the property. Arriving at night can be very difficult, almost impossible to find how to get there.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: This hotel is outside the town at the end of a mud road with no street light. The landscape design is unique to make sure every room has lake view, which is the only positive point I could find out for it.
Cons: Every other aspect is just disappointing, even terrible. The room is like concrete bunker with shabby furnitures. Just imagine a bed made of cement. What even worse is the hotel has routine cut off power every week, as the hotel told me, which may leave guests trapped in darkness at night for more than a hour. The only explanation the hotel can tell you is they can do nothing about it, not a single flashlight, not even a candle you can find in the room. we have to fight with the reluctant receptionist girl to get one out of three candles on her desk, the only light left in the entire hotel, to finish the shower in dark, TERRIBLE!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything !!!
Cons: I have to leave
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful design - feels very patagonian. The view from the room is stunning and they even have little hot tubs that you can book for free also overlooking the water. The Staff at the reception was super nice, caring and helpful with booking tours and any other question we had. My girlfriend got sick during our stay and they helped with tea and were very attentive.
Cons: The first night we had dinner at the restaurant and the electricity went out. The restaurant staff was very clumsy about it. We waited for 50 minutes for our food (after asking twice if the kitchen works) and when they brought it, we couldn't really see anything of the food. We ate with our phone-lights on. In addition they forgot our starter.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, nice concept about carving rooms into a small hill rather than build above ground. Very good location if you have your own transport, else it's a 20 minute walk to town. Excellent rooms, comfortable beds. Superb bathrooms, probably the best I've seen in Chile so far. Fantastic staff who speak very good English - helpful, friendly, cheerful.
Cons: Nothing as such. Maybe a small grumble about climbing stairs to get anywhere, but then that's the "green concept" of the hotel.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: It felt like home and it was beautifully curated.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed n a few different hostels in El Chalten and found this one to be the best. They have a 24 hour cafe, so you can eat even if you are starting your trek at 4am! They are catered completely towards trekkers and make it so easy for you. the staff are amazing, especially Ari. They have a passion for their town and sharing it with other travellers. They help you with routes, weather, and have daily advice on what to expect from your trek. I would not go anywhere else in El Chalten, Their passion for people who like trekking is unsurpassed,
Cons: Could have been a little quieter, I think the staff needs to make sure that guests don't make too much noise in the hallways.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place with the warmest staff... though we stayed only a night before our trek, they were sweet enough to pack us a cute little bfast bag as we had to leave at 6 . And the best part , I forgot my phone and Ev'an was kind enough to keep it safe for me for 6 days till we returned from our trek... All in all most recommended.... P.s - don't miss the sunset right behind the hostel...ammmmaaaziing

6,7 Good
Pros: Beautiful view. Good bed. Comfortable hang out space.
Cons: Property needs a good scrub. Breakfast full of sweets. Awful WiFi. No English spoken most of time we were there.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Character-filled historic house in gorgeous location, with lovely views from back garden. Very spacious, quiet, and comfortable! Great to come back to after a day of adventure, and also super to hang out there in front of the open fire when the weather was bad. Short drive into town - a bonus to be away from the crowds.
Cons: Kitchen could have been better equipped, cleaning standard was OK but not brilliant, and house could do with better maintenance (lots of small issues - eg knobs falling off things). None of these were major issues though - don't be put off staying here!
7,1 Good
Pros: Location outside of town in Puerto Bories so quiet with nice outlook to mountains and water good breakfast friendly staff
Cons: the majority of staff did not speak English - the person who checked us in told us she did not rooms basic for the price paid house keeping poor we wanted to eat at the restaurant but could not find anybody to give the order before we left on our afternoon tour so dined elsewhere
10,0 Excellent
Pros: They helped make our experience extra special for our honeymoon and it was our favorite place we stayed in the whole trip!
7,9 Good
Cons: You need your own car or taxi to the town . Manager of the hotel was not present much and if you didn’t speak Spanish you would nt be able to communicate with the ladies in the kitchen who were very sweet but didn’t speak or understand any English.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location and views! Excellent breakfast. They even prepared us dinner with minimal notice! Staff were amazing.
Cons: We loved it.
6,7 Good
Pros: The beds were very comfortable as was the living room in the bungalow.
Cons: The little things were missing, especially at this price of $400/night. No paper towels, no hair dryer, no Wi-Fi in the bungalow, no coffee or tea and very very slow in the main house. I was also told they would clean all but the kitchen in the bungalow. I would definitely wash my dishes but didn’t want to have to clean the oven etc.... we also only received one towel for a three day stay. We did not have a bath mat so we had to use a towel to stand on in the bathroom. Thank goodness we found one extra towel!!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cristobal and his staff were delightful and helpful and did everything to make our stay pleasurable. We enjoyed a wonderful family Christmas dinner cooked by Regina. She also packed box lunches for us since we left early the next morning.
Cons: It would have been nice to have access to the kitchen for beverages and snacks.

Pros: room 36 was according our specific requests, in-house restaurant offers outstanding quality food, pool and spa outside of the structure are fine, breakfast ok, surroundings are magnificent, beds too.
Cons: to become a real 5-star hotel it still lacks a bit of flexibility and can-do attitude concerning timetables and requests from customers that need to feel welcomed and not like they are intruding habits and rules impossible to break
5,8 Okay
Pros: Friendly attentive staff, restaurant on site was luxurious and also kid friendly. Nice Chilean breakfast buffet.
Cons: Several rooms had tijereta bugs (earwigs).

Cons: So far from Torres DEl Paine. Wish this hotel was built closer to the park.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing, beautiful hotel, friendly staff
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Cool design, great views and great drinks
Cons: It’s about a 30 minute walk into town - which isn’t terrible at all but good to be aware of
6,2 Good
Pros: Very interesting architecture that tries to connect the guest with the spirit/experience of Patagonia - brings the outside in. Staff at front desk and in the restaurant went over the top in trying to make us happy and comfortable.
Cons: Sometimes architecture that is interesting doesn't create spaces that are comfortable to inhabit. That was the case here. Especially with the hotel not full, the public spaces felt cavernous and eerily quiet. The furniture was cool looking but not very comfortable. And the materials in the room ended up making it look unfinished instead of modern/raw/cool. If you're looking architectural interest, this place has it. If you're looking for comfortable and cozy, this may not be for you.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: For the price, everything... they should be at a much higher price point, but possibly location is their only minor weak point.
Cons: Location - albeit this really is a personal issue. Drove a lot before getting there - 4 hr round trip to Torres Del Paine was a bit too much for me to handle after 2500 miles driving beforehand. It was an incredibly good hotel, though. Doubt any of those in TDP could compete.

Pros: nice and helpful stuff, the room was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view, highly recommended
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fantastically helpful to help us organize our tours and even gave us a free lift one night into town as it’s a 20-25 mins walk. Food was superb and the free welcome drink was much appreciated. Value for money and a lovely breakfast too. Not to mention the beds are super comfy!
Cons: The WiFi was poor but in their defence we were well warned in advance of this due to the hotel location. Just go there and relax and disengage and you’ll surely not be disappointed!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent view, nice facilities
Cons: Room was too hot
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice view from the room and the dining area.
Cons: The Wi-Fi was not good in both the room and the lobby.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great food, comfortable beds, great staff, good location and amazing views. The decoration of the hotel was cozy and warm. Very unique and super clean!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a room with fjord views, it was amazing. I like that they have free wifi in our room, I initially thought that the wifi is only for the common areas. The place is very cozy. You can walk to town in 20 minutes, or the front desk can call a taxi for you (we paid a flat rate of CLP2,000 each time we take the taxi). I like that tour companies pick-up from this hotel. We booked two rooms and Weskar gave us two rooms that are beside each other.
Cons: Food in the restaurant is very limited. Breakfast is ok, but the same everyday, and it gets tiring eating the same stuff for 3 days. Hot tub is not working during our stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Price, staff, facilities and food are just too good.
Cons: Room #30 (left-end wall) was too noisy because of the wind. We we’re there on winter time, so it might be one of the reasons.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Weskar lodge is only a 2 minute drive from town. We loved it. The view was beautiful, the atmosphere of the common area/restaurant/bar/rooms and hallways were delightful. It felt like we were at an upscale ski chalet. The art and decorations added to the cozy and unique vibe. The room was super cozy with a large view of the water! We loved the waterfall shower. The breakfast buffet was amazing! We were thoroughly impressed with the selection. We were given a welcome drink upon arrival as well which was a nice touch. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. It would be a great place for friends, families or solo travellers. We had rented a car as well and they had plenty of parking.
Cons: Not really the lodges fault but when we stayed (September) it was quite windy...we had a sea view room And the wind was howling and kept us up for one of the nights. Otherwise we LOVED Weskar!

Cons: Loud noise from bathroom of next room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff. Clean and very nice for the price.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I think it might be one of the best deals near the horribly expensive Torres del Paine, where any room costs a fortune. The hotel in reality looks better than the photos provided. ALL the employees are supernice and helpful. The room was not very big, but cosy and very clean and warm (it is winter - negative temperatures outside). Location is 100% central. Very good deal.
Cons: A teamaker in the room would be nice especially in the wintertime.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff warm and cozy great location and nice brekky
Cons: A friend told us her room's Heater wasn't strong enough but ours was great :)

Pros: Staff were very friendly, well informed and always ready to assist. They provided good advice on restaurants and tours.
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice beds...very clean...good location and breakfast
Cons: I stayed three nights at the hotel. I got a hot shower only once out of the three showers i got. I think that is not acceptable in relation to the fares. I understand that at some poin there is an exccess of demand for showers...however they should warn guests of that or take the measures in order to solve it.
7,1 Good
Pros: Breakfast available before 6AM
Cons: Small room and bathroom. could hear noise of every room being closed or opened
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and quiet with a good breakfast. The staff was helpful and it was in a wonderful location.
Cons: The only negative was that the staff member who helped us check in seemed to think we had loads of money since the only restaurants he recommended were very pricey. We found our own easily since there were many in the neighborhood.
8,8 Excellent

Pros: They had private parking.
6,3 Good
Pros: Breakfast and location were the best things. Lobby looked nice.
Cons: Found that check-in took unnecessarily long. Windows were leaky in wind, bathroom shower had an excess of hair in it still from past users.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location with fabulous view , but not from ALL windows. Thanks for upgrade !!!.Very halpful staff Dany . We arrived 11 pm and she was able to book for us full day excursion to Torres del Paine.Great view from lobby , restaurant and little library. Available bikes in hotel and very cool waterfront bike line . Expensive beer in pub. Buffet breakfast good but not excellent .
Cons: There os no fridge inside the room.
7,5 Good
Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: Staff was ignorant. Gave us wrong information about trips. Rebooked our trip to a much less expensive trip and didn’t return the difference. Don’t book trips through the hotel.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Really nice hotel with rude and arrogant staff!
Cons: Nice Hotel with strange and rude personell You don‘t feel welcomed, they treat you like they have better things to do. Especially the stupid „barkeeper“. They have a really nice bar area/ hang out area with nice music. But this guy watches youtube videos on full volume during the 3 days I stayed there and feels very distracted when you want to order somethings and lets you feel it. Like a teenager actually. You can‘t even enjoy you coffee or whatever because you have this constant action video noise in the backround. What is he doing there? The staff doen‘t know anything about the national park (!!) besides offering you tours with agencies. They don‘t greet you when you come in or go out. It feels like they don‘t want to have to do anything with you.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great service, beautiful views
Cons: Slightly too hot in rooms
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The service was excellent!! The room was very clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely!
Cons: There was no tea/coffee facilities available (kettle with cups and teaspoons). Also a writing pad with a pen would be useful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we walked into the lobby, from a howling, winding rain/snow storm, the warm reception we received from both staff and the bell boy was so nice. The rooms were comfortable, with a nice 3rd floor view of the town, and the shower was one of those rainfall shower heads that felt so nice to sit under after a long day of driving. The dinner was out of this world amazing. We opted for the three course meal, with the lamb dish being one of the best meals I have ever had of lamb. Whatever was in that saucy gravy that went on top of the lamb, if I wasn't in public, I would have licked the dish clean it was that good. Breakfast in the morning was also superb. Nice cuts of meat to make sandwiches, along with a great selection of fresh fruit, cereals, fresh juices of which there were five (orange, apple, mango, pear and grapefruit) and some great pastries. All-in-all, for the price we paid per night, there service we got and the food we ate, I would stay here in a heartbeat. Don't miss it if you are traveling to Puerto Natales.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location right on the water and close to all the best eating.
Cons: Construction going on out the front and in the hotel at the time of our stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when our plans changed.
5,7 Okay
Cons: They are so rigid with times and procedures. Check in is at 3:00, not 2:50. Lunch orders must be placed by 6:00, not 6:05. They cater to large tour groups traveling by bus and don’t really care about the small independent travelers. There are better more modern options in Puerto Natales.

Pros: Staff were friendly.
Cons: Accommodations were basic but fine. As expected for the money. Didn't like the bathroom fan came on with the light.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and cosy, the bed was super comfortable, the staff was super polite, the water was hot.
Cons: No wi-fi at all! This is the main reason of my poor rating for this hotel. We needed wi-fi to make our further plans, book a hotel, check the weather, answer emails, etc. We planned to stay here for 3 nights but had to move to another hotel after one night because there was no wi-fi. A kettle in a room or cooler on the floor would be nice.

Pros: Very friendly staff.Good breakfast and close to the Main Street. Room was spacious with a smallish shower room.
Cons: NA
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved it. After our trek at Torres del Paine, this was the perfect spot to go. The beds are big and comfy and the showers hot with good pressure. Pure heaven. The breakfast is nice and they even served it early for us so that we could catch an early bus to Ushuaia. Definetely recommend!
Cons: nothing
8,3 Excellent
Pros: We had 1 night stay in this hotel on our way to Punta Arenas and we were more than satisfied with out stay. Great room - big, clean, spacious, excellent showers...Good WiFi.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great time at Kau lodge! The views from the rooms are absolutely amazing, and it has a great location for walking around and is just a few blocks from the main plaza. The staff there were so kind and helpful. I think the best example was how they were able to set up a tour guide for a hike to the Torres the night before we wanted to go. Also, the breakfast is great and the coffee is wonderful. One of our favorite spots on our trip! Highly recommend.

Pros: The desigh of the hotel...the cakes...the food..

Pros: * Staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful, I really appreciated it. Definitely made an impression. * Room offers a stunning view of the lake and mountains. * Courtesy alfajor when we arrived - it was delicious.
Cons: * It would be great if the rooms had an electric kettle and a chair! * Could be noisy at times.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Located right at the Sound of the Last Hope the Kau Lodge is modern, stylish, and cozy at the same time. Staff ist super friendly and helpful. Coffee is great, so is the breakfast buffet. - But hey, the best thing of course is the view!
Cons: The toilet flush in the room didn't work so well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Kau is an amazing little place right on the water in Puerto Natales. After 30 hrs of flying and bussing from San Francisco, the friendly staff and comfort of our small room were exactly what we needed. We woke to a beautiful view of the water and mountains and when we went downstairs for breakfast, a home cooked meal of fresh bread, eggs, yogurt, and coffee was ready for us. Can't say enough good things about the Kau!
Cons: Rooms are definitely small, so be prepared for that. But most rooms in Puerto Natales are small. Kau is small and nicely done- comfy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast you find in most hotels in the area. But both days we stayed, we needed to leave prior to their breakfast times and they accommodated our schedule. Friendly staff, warm and comforting rooms and community space. Definitely would recommend.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding staff, always helpful and in a good mood. Great bed, great view of the lake, snowy mountains at the horizon and sunsets. The location is also great, near from the central square were is all the good restaurants, stores, bank and stuff. There is no TV in the room( just a heads up), but nothing that bothers once you might not spend a lot of time inside the room, specially if you go for the visits and trekkings in the Torres del Paine national park
Cons: There is no minibar and private safe in the room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Kau Lodge. Comfy beds and great views across the water. Great place to set off into the Torres Del Paines national park each day. They even supplied vegan options for breakfast.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great. Especially the staff at Kau lodge is worth mentioning. The went out of there way several times for our needs.

Pros: Very nice rooms, beds super-comfy friendly stuff, take your longboard/skateboard there in a skate bowl next to hotel :)
Cons: Sauna - sorry but only 50 deg C in SAUNA?? i checked 2 days in the row, so sauna is a joke there... In the "SPA" area there was nobody to just explain ... you switch on the jacuzzi by yourself, it was cold there ( September ), the "SPA" is nice looking , just a touch of interest from the staff is missing. They knew I am going up there, but - no interest. I think they should have at least one longboard/skateboard for guests interested in riding the skate-bowl nearby :)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all very friendly and helpful And extremely accommodating -- especially, Rosario at the front desk. She helped us find and book adventures that were perfect for us, including arranging a private guide to take us on a trek to Base Torres, allowing us to spend some time away from the other tourists. The view from our room was beautiful and the hotel itself was very unique. The location is great- walking distance to the town and many great restaurants. Highly recommend staying at the Hotel Indigo!
Cons: I wish the roof top hot tub was working when we were there. Otherwise, all was great.
9,2 Excellent

Pros: The hotel is very clean, rooms have an extraordinary view over the ocean and the mountains. Forniture is modern and rustic at the same time. The staff is very welcoming, they have helped us with advices , always available for any issues. Breakfast great as well. One day when we had to leave the hotel before the breakfast they have prepared us take-away goodies bag.
Cons: The Spa was too cold, unfortunately. This for sure has to do with the fact that we have traveled to Patagonia during winter time.
6,3 Good
Pros: Spa was closed for long term maintenance for both our visits and nobody told us - found out it’s closed for winter - poor show
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely spa facilities and good location. Lovely boutique hotel!

Pros: The view from the room was spectacular. Warm and hospitable atmosphere with friendly staff.
Cons: Can't really comment on the facilities as we didn't have much time to really experience the hotel however if I was to make and educated guess based on our overall experience I'd guess they were just as good as everything else.

Cons: The restaurant need to modernise their menu and upgrade quality
