Pros (+) Great location with fabulous view , but not from ALL windows.Thanks for upgrade !!!.Very halpful staff Dany . We arrived 11 pm and she was able to book for us full day excursion to Torres del Paine.Great view from lobby , restaurant and little library. Available bikes in hotel and very cool waterfront bike line . Expensive beer in pub. Buffet breakfast good but not excellent .
Cons (-) There os no fridge inside the room.

Cons (-) They are so rigid with times and procedures. Check in is at 3:00, not 2:50. Lunch orders must be placed by 6:00, not 6:05. They cater to large tour groups traveling by bus and don’t really care about the small independent travelers. There are better more modern options in Puerto Natales.
