Pros (+) We had our wedding there... it was amazing! Everyone was extremely accomodating. The resort itself is very modern for a place in Cancun with nice bathrooms and more air conditioned areas than most. The food was actually quite good for an all inclusive, something that is rare (usually the all inclusives are quite bland).

Pros (+) We were there to attend a wedding and the location was great! The beach is very nice if you go away from the area with seaweeds. The rooms are very nice, modern and spacious with jacuzzis and double sinks in the bathrooms. Overall the facilities are nice, the staff is friendly and we had well-coordinated wedding events. Cons (-) While rooms are spacious, the lighting in the closet area needs updating especially since the in-room coffee maker is in a barely lit closet. We also lost power for a couple of hours on one day. Room service was consistently late by 15 minutes or so. One day, breakfast room service was delayed due to an issue in the kitchen. Pros (+) The beach and the pools. The room was great! Comfortable beds and nice bedding. Friendly staff. Vary accommodating to our large group.
Cons (-) The bartenders were a little rude to our girls. Although I don't think they were tipping.
