There was only one restaurant open during the day (but the food choices were decent so not really complaining). Staff was great. Pros (+) The food was excellent. Buffet was delicious and they daily made changes to the menu to keep it from getting boring. The restaurants were also delicious. Drinks were top shelf and excellent. The service was glorious. Mexico and sensatori really knows how to make you feel truly welcomed.
Cons (-) The room service food was awful and they took 3 days to pick up our room service dishes from the floor in front of our room. The room had no working safe or lock.

The amount of work it must take to keep the sand raked, the pools clean, every cabana and chair covered in a fresh towel cushion all day and night... very impressive. The food was also good.
