Overall, guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviewers highlighting excellent service at reception and in the restaurant. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast and found the restaurant food to be tasty and portions generous. The location was also considered convenient by some. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple complaints about dirty rooms, lack of maintenance, and outdated facilities. Some guests also noted problems with the bathroom, water pressure, and noise from hallways. Despite these negatives, positive experiences with the staff, breakfast, and restaurant stood out.
