Pros (+) The location was the best part.
Cons (-) Give customers a discount or free parking. Had to pay 15$ just to leave the garage and come back minutes later.

Pros (+) The hotel is very clean, had friendly staff and is centrally located to the train station, highway and for walking to see the city. The attached mall, Providence Place, has a good selection of stores and restaurants for all budgets.
Cons (-) Having to join the hotel loyalty club to obtain free wifi. Why not make it available as soon as I enter the hotel?

Pros (+) I liked how close the Hotel was to many fun bars and exciting things to see.
Cons (-) I didn't like the staff, the hair that was all over my room and not having any food available 24hr.

Pros (+) We loved the location and consistency in Omni hotels. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very nice restaurants and close to mall with high end stores which I loved. Comfy beds and my 2 kids under 2 loved it as well.
Cons (-) Only occasional chair in room needed to be changed or cleaned as stains on cream shows up unfortunately.
