Location.
Room was hot even though ac was set at 60. Shower was small. My husbands head touched the ceiling. No staff on site to assist with problems. Not what I expected for 150.00 a night.

No breakfast. The location is close to downtown and whiskey row.
The room is too minimal. No night stands, they replaced the old sink with a sink in a cabinet that doesn't fill the space and NO hand towel rack. The toilet circumference is too small and old. The bed was the worst I have ever slept in!!!!

The place was extremely filthy full of ants the towels were old and didn't seem clean. This place should not be listed on booking.com!! No staff on the property when we came back. I'm asking for my money back.
