Pros: I turned up with a friend and the hotel manager had no complaint about putting another bed in the room, because he didn't have a double room spare. We felt very welcome. The breakfasts were good, and the cleanliness of the hotel was exemplary. I felt fully relaxed during my stay and when talking to e staff. Car parking was adequate and it was in a very leafy and quiet part of the city.

Pros: Very quiet room, very clean and modern. Free wifi at the room. Excellent hotel as 'base camp' to explore Potsdam or even Berlin - although railway station is some 20 minutes walking. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Location is on the corner of the square is pleasant with some restaurants with terrace.

Pros: The Hotel staff were excellent. The restaurant is great and they have a fantastic breakfast! Transit to Berlin was very easy. I would definetly stay here again!

Pros: We were very satisfied with the central position of the Hotel, at the square and very close to the shopping-street and the huge park and castle. Also the very good and nearby parking facilities was very good.

Pros: The rooms were excellent, looking directly at the Brandenburger Tor. It is well worth the extra for the luxury rooms.The service was excellent, and the size of the supposedly single rooms enormous. I read some slightly negative reviews on the site before we went, and can only say that the whole experience was excellent!

Very good breakfast with lots of choice, however quite expensive (19,5 EUR). Parking garage available on site. We stayed there only one night and wil definatelly come back in the future.

Pros: The rooms were well decorated and spacious. All our requests before arriving were met and the staff were extremely helpful. The spa facilites were well maintained and opened until 10pm plus they were open to children too (helpful if you have a 5 year old in the party).

Pros: The hotel is on a quiet street yet right in the heart of things--the entrance to Sanssouci is a block or two directly down the street, there are numerous restaurants with a couple blocks, and the Brandenburg Gate and pedestrian area is just across the square. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Great location, right next to the park and walking distance to shopping. Friendly staff. The free travel pass is also very useful to take local trams, buses and trains. Used that to spend a day in Berlin and to go to the airport.

Pros: To be honest, I was disappointed because I felt the stay did not quite match up to the price and brand. (This could be an aspect of the hotels in Potsdam in general though, I don't know). Good points: The room and floor was clean. The young robust girl in the restaurant in the afternoon/early evening was very kind and thoughtful.

Pros: Hotel is located close to Potsdam City Centre with trams & buses located directly at main entrance making access to all the tourist sites extremely easy. Also only a couple of minutes walk from Charlotenhoff train station - on the shuttle line to Berlin Schoenfeld Airport - absolutely no need for a car. Hotel is also overlooking the Havel river in a very peaceful & relaxing setting. Decor is modern, minimalistic, quirky & colourful - might not be to everyone's taste.
