Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many reviewers highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly mentioning positive experiences with reception and cleaning personnel. Cleanliness, especially of the beds and rooms, is frequently noted as a positive aspect. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the bathrooms, citing issues such as poor maintenance, unpleasant odors, and outdated facilities. Noise levels, both from thin walls and the busy street, are also a common concern. Overall, while the hotel excels in location, service, and cleanliness, improvements are needed in bathroom quality and soundproofing.
