Wait until the remodel is over. Construction noise in every room from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. every day. We stayed 10/18/2022.

Pros (+) Front desk was nice. Breakfast was pretty decent. Room was a good size.
Cons (-) We arrived at the hotel after 5:30pm and our room was still not ready for check in. This caused us to miss our dinner reservations. Front desk was nice and tried their best to be accommodating but this should’ve never happened. Location is a little hard to find and in a part of town about 1.5 - 2 miles away from any good restaurants or shopping.
Cons (-) Parking is very expensive with cheaper options nearby.
Pros (+) We liked everything about the hotel. Very close to downtown fun and great room atmosphere.
Cons (-) The parking price was high but this is the middle of the city, and you probably won't find anything better.

Cons (-) Windows didn't open at all, no fresh air. Not even a fan in the bathroom. So stuffy. The view was of the underside of a freeway overpass, actually 3 freeway overpasses, very disappointing. Hot tub was broken and the pool was cold. The bedding was a step up from a motel six, but not the soft luxurious linens I expect from a Marriott. Not worth the price.
