Pros (+) Style, location, views.
Cons (-) Noise, impractical design elements, check-in process (literally in the middle of an active nightclub).

Pros (+) Location is perfect if you don’t want to be downtown.
Cons (-) The rooms don’t have windows that open. So the room smelled stale/moldy.
Cons (-) The price was pretty good for Portland, and it’s by in a convenient location. This is one of the loudest places I’ve ever stayed, the noise assaults you from all angles. I would only recommend staying here if you intend to party, otherwise don’t expect a good night’s sleep anytime before 3am.
Pros (+) A chill vibe and location. The staff were super helpful and pleasant. They have wine and water to purchase in the room. Restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. We had some good ramen down the street. They have doors painted with chalkboard paint and chalk to write on them! There's a business center, and small art gallery. Live music and/or band next door. Patios are literally right outsi...

I sent my kids into the room before me , and I returned to two pre teen boys asking if they could try on the condoms that are provided as a courtesy in front of my 7yr old. Now I'm fine with that conversation, b...
