Very good

For the mother's day weekend the lounge was rather crowded with one noticeable worker. Please correct this. We did not have many food items to choose from. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Especially so, given these difficult times.

Pros (+) The Hilton Honors Free Lounge was a nice perk. Hotel pool looked nice, even though I just walked by on my way out to work.
Cons (-) Rooms are ready to be upgraded since they look and feel outdated and even a little bit deteriorated. Don’t expect much help with your bags since the concierge desk was most of times busy and short of staff. Pros (+) I can always rely on Hilton to maintain they’re standards all over th world. This is a safe, great location to stay while in Port of Spain. They actually maintain cleanliness with the high traffic of carnival vacationers.all of the staff here are always friendly, helpful and have excellent customer service skills.
Cons (-) The prices are of course high during carnival glad I had points to help
