For the mother's day weekend the lounge was rather crowded with one noticeable worker. Please correct this. We did not have many food items to choose from. Also, I didn't like the fact that the hotel kept my deposit for about three weeks. I went to Miami two weeks after and could not use my deposit. I spent five days at Holiday inn Miami and got back my deposit in three days. Please look into this...

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Especially so, given these difficult times.
Pros (+) The Hilton Honors Free Lounge was a nice perk. Hotel pool looked nice, even though I just walked by on my way out to work.
Cons (-) Rooms are ready to be upgraded since they look and feel outdated and even a little bit deteriorated. Don’t expect much help with your bags since the concierge desk was most of times busy and short of staff. I asked for a little spoon to be sent to my room so I could eat a yogurt that I’ve kept in my minibar fridge, but I had to wait for it about 5 hours and had to call at least 3 times repeating m...

Pros (+) I can always rely on Hilton to maintain they’re standards all over th world. This is a safe, great location to stay while in Port of Spain. They actually maintain cleanliness with the high traffic of carnival vacationers.all of the staff here are always friendly, helpful and have excellent customer service skills.
Cons (-) The prices are of course high during carnival glad I had points to help
Pros (+) The entire staff are some of the friendliest, most helpful people you'd want to meet. Always service with a smile and give great advice on places to visit and things to do; as well as give great directions. The place felt clean, safe and comfy. You'll love it!!

Pros (+) Love the view from my room..staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Pool area needed cleaning...went to the restaurant about 12:30 pm to get something to eat and there was no one there to help us only a chef and she was clueless. ..she went to the kitchen or wherever to get a server...we waited for about 20 minutes then left because she never came back...
Cons (-) I also made a booking with Kayak, front desk staff couldn't find the reservation..said I didn't have one. I showed my paid confirmation email, and forwarded it to the staff...and they still charged me for the room! Twice... Now I'm filing a request for reimbursement with my credit card company... What a hassle! Would've stayed elsewhere if I knew it would be so complicated for them!
