The Inn is located in a quiet area, a quick walk from the park, to downtown and to a local supermarket. We were able to check in early and have breakfast for a small extra fee (prearranged) and we were very gracias for the ability

Cons: TV service gave trouble
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Pool. City view was good.
Cons: You can provide more food options. Also build something adventurous like a water park.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable. The service was also good.
Cons: I booked the presidential suite. There were no plates in the kitchen or drinks in the bar.
6,8 Good
Pros: The Hilton Honors Free Lounge was a nice perk. Hotel pool looked nice, even though I just walked by on my way out to work.
Cons: Rooms are ready to be upgraded since they look and feel outdated and even a little bit deteriorated. Don’t expect much help with your bags since the concierge desk was most of times busy and short of staff. I asked for a little spoon to be sent to my room so I could eat a yogurt that I’ve kept in my minibar fridge, but I had to wait for it about 5 hours and had to call at least 3 times repeating my simple request. Charging US$35 each day for breakfast seamed a little too much.
6,0 Good
Pros: The hotel has a great location. Very close to the Savana and Port of Spain.
Cons: The room that we were assigned was not in working order. The shower handle fell off and was not functioning properly. There was hair on the sink. We switched rooms and were provided with complementary breakfast.

Pros: I can always rely on Hilton to maintain they’re standards all over th world. This is a safe, great location to stay while in Port of Spain. Cons: The prices are of course high during carnival glad I had points to help

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and limo/town car service. Free self parking is available onsite.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Stay at Kspok was a breeze. From check in to checkout was seamless. Staff was very helpful and professional. Access to recreation and urban areas ideal.
Cons: Only drawback, isles were a little narrow.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was generally good, though the options for a hot meal were limited.
Cons: In addition to scrambled eggs, omelettes or boiled eggs should be offered.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The aesthetic of the Tiki restaurant on the 8th floor is unrivalled and this made the breakfast spread even more enjoyable. The rooms were bigger than I expected, and I really appreciated that space, felt very comfortable. The shades for the windows are great, the floors, the room colours (They recently did some upgrades and they made good choices). The interaction with EVERY SINGLE staff member was pleasant and friendly, that made us feel more comfortable. KAVA is their restaurant on ground level, and I've been there many times before, but It was fun to just walk down from the room to dine in that same restaurant with good food and service. All in all, I have no reason to go back in a hurry, but it was so very comfortable (and I had a great weekend), so I actually just want to go back soon :D
Cons: On the last day, the hot water was out for the majority of the morning, so that cold shower was not appreciated. On check out, front desk said that they would make a note of it on file to make up for it on our next stay, if that is true, I would have an increased respect for this establishment for their organization, effective administration and commitment to their honestly and words. Even though they've just done some upgrades, I think maintenance could do with a top to bottom inspection for fine details, some of the tile in bathroom were lifting off the wall, but honestly it's minor. I just want them to not get into a state of disrepair. I want this place to thrive, I felt most comfortable here compared to every other hotel in Port of Spain.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Access to the Queens Park Savannah. Pool, breakfast on Saturday was fantastic
Cons: Hallways were very low and small.... made you feel claustrophobic
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was only at the Kapok for one nite and booked last minute and I couldn't have had a better experience at Kapok. When I arrived, they were warm and welcoming and gave me a complimentary upgrade to a King-sized bed. I slept diagonally and like a baby. the next morning I had a meeting at noon and they happily gave me an xtra hour so I could take my meeting in private and then check out at 1. there was also Kava restaurant in the lobby which is a cool little place. it is also located very close to the Savannah and a strip mall area with many shops. highly recommended.
Cons: wish I could have stayed longer!

Cons: Was really good for our special occasion we wanted it for
