First, not canceling a customers' reservation of 4 months because their flight was delayed. Secondly, management should offer a viable alternative when a situation like this happens. Saying that there is nothing you can do, is totally unacceptable.9,6 Wonderful

It took us about an hour to find the person who was suppose to get us the car becuase there is no proper booth/office for Europcar in port of spain airport. And even at the Drop off we couldnt find anybody I gave the keys to an off duty worker of Europcar8,0 Very Good

Spare was flat.radio did not work properly car was filthy with wet seats bad odour and water logged trunk. Highway speeds the car wobbled because of poor maintenance and wheel alignment. Waited 2.5 hours for available car. Need to service this car pcn9769. Staff was courteous however but was not offered a discount considering car quality is known.2,0 Poor
