Cons: it could have daily housekeeping service, but as the attendant explained "this is not a hotel, this is a home shared, so there is no housekeeping service." Anyway, apparently there is a weekly housekeeping service, as they cleaned out apartment after 1 week staying. Pool is a bit small, sometimes it is overcrowded and some people just turn on their bluetooth speaker, as if they own the space, so it can get really noisy. Our apartment had a terrible view for the building park annex to the "not a hotel".

Customer service excellent and staff were very nice and friendly. Kirsten the evening manager was very responsive to my issues.

Cons: The fact that everything closes at 10pm. No pool access, no games for the kids. Etc. i feel like because it’s a family resort it should close at 11pm. When your traveling with kids they get bored very easily. So 10pm it’s too early for us parents.

Cons: Unfortunately the unit I was in had problems from the start, clogged toilet, non functioning refrigerator broken drawer in kitchen, to name a few, although I was minimally comped for the problems I dealt with, the problem should have been taken care of immediately, or I should have been offered an alternative room immediately, it would have made my stay much nicer. I was directly above the entrance for housekeeping and construction staff, of course everyone has to work, but that should clearly be the last room booked, the resort was far from full. There was nothing near the resort, everything is 30+ minute drive to get to most decent attractions, this means you have to rent or have a car, the shuttle provided to beach was at best only 1/2 day and should definitely be extended time there for guests, no airport shuttle provided. The help desk only had few coupons, none that met any of my needs or wants, many restrictions on the offers provided. Better choice for families, there were many children there, activities were geared to children specifically, everything ended by 9pm the latest. Pool bar never seemed to be open in the early part of day, actually have no idea when it finally opened, never went to it. The little store and food concession was just unappealing in its décor, cleanliness, prices and choices.

Cons: Location on the beach is beautiful, however nothing in walking distance as far as other restaurants, drug store or shopping. Not a tourist busy spot, which is nice but inconvenient if you need to purchase something. Used Lyft which worked well to take us where we needed to go. Usual fare was about $6-$8 either direction.

Cons: WE were only there for 1 night (18 hrs)and wanted to be as close as possible to see the ocean. They gave us the farthest room from the ocean because we requested a king size bed (?) and not a queen size bed when the reservation was made. I also did not like the hidden fees of $ 26.00 parking (mandatory valet parking although the car was only 30 feet away) and the extra resort fee of $20.00 plus taxes for beach chairs.etc which we didn't have time to use. I would have preferred that they added the extra $57.00 up front at the time of the $200.00 reservation.

Cons: There were no hand rails in the bathtub/shower. The tub was huge and deep(spa tub). Nothing to help boost you in or out...very dangerous. Also, when we arrived, the elevator was out and they put us on the 4th floor.

Cons: I started getting text msgs since Sat about having to leave at 10 am on Sunday. When I got that msg I called front desk to pay for 1 more night because our flight was for 7pm and our plans to go to my brothers house had changed because he had to work, I was told flat out no that this was a time share property and I they didn't do reservations on the property, She didn't try to help or offer any solutions or options for me. All she kept saying was you need to leave at 10 and that's it. I didn't like her attitude at all. On Sunday at 9;30 & 9:45 had people knocking at our door checking if we had left. I will make sure I never stay on a time share property again specially since I paid regular full price.

Standing water on balcony made it impossible to open slider or use balcony due to stagnant water and mosquitoes. Tile flooring is very loud. Wooden kitchen chairs scraping across the floors are very loud too. Inconsiderate upstairs neighbors. Coffee pot only worked the first day.

Pros: We stood at the hotel for 6 nights, although it is under renovations and certain amenities are not available, it did not effect our stay. The bedroom was beautiful and being right on the beach was a bonus. The cleaning staff was very friendly and work very hard to ensure you have a great stay. I cannot wait until the renovations are done, we will defiantly be staying again.

BUT, they gave me a beautiful ocean front room with a bathtub and it was lovely. I had a comfy bed and loved the view. I only stayed one night, but would stay again for sure. I look forward to seeing it after the construction is completed.

Cons: The parking situation; seemed a little musty in the room; the hallways were pretty warm. But for what I paid, I was very pleased. I am not sure what it's like when not under construction, but heard the restaurant is nice. Being on the sand is so great, I am willing to compromise a bit to have it!
