The hotel itself was fine. Service at the all inclusive hotel was mediocre at best. I had to ask 3 times for a new coffee machine for the room before it was brought. I also asked for an extra blanket and it was never brought. They just seemed very understaffed and the staff that was there came off as disgruntled at their job.

Pros (+) I liked the wonderful breakfast buffet. Also, liked having lunch by the pool side. A romantic night by the pool, I felt like I was on an island far away.
Cons (-) The elevator was too small, I had to wait a while for the elevator to be available.

Pros (+) The staff was unusually nice and helpful. From the maid, front desk, servers to pool staff...truly everyone we ran into met us with a big smile and willingness to help. The rooms and pool bathrooms were very clean. Beach is just a few steps from the pool and was beautiful. We will return.
Cons (-) I am cheap and spoiled by business travel but I was a bit annoyed that they didn't offer any Elite benefits - not even free coffee. Most hotels offer free coffee in the morning even for just a few hours. The breakfast buffet was a pricey $25/per for just the basic offering. Food quality on the other hand was great.
