Pros (+) Great sand beach Lots of beach chair Cleaning staff work diligently to keep the hotel clean Mediterranean Restaurant at sister hotel Wyndham Maya was great.
Cons (-) Only one shallow, kiddie pool Trying to get specialty dinner reservation was like pooling the teeth. Surprise checkout charge of environment fee and guest room safe usage Can't resolve any issues with front desk. They don't reason with you and just dictate. Manager not available even at 4PM on weekdays.

Pros (+) The beach!!
Cons (-) The staff, the service, the restaurants... Horrible!!! Everything is No with them. It doesn't worth it! A lot of money for only having a bed cause everything else sucks!
