Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness issues such as stained bedding, roaches, and dirty towels. Safety was a concern for many, with reports of sketchy individuals, drug use, and an overall feeling of insecurity. Service was also criticized, particularly regarding booking cancellations, unresponsive customer support, and inattentive staff. However, a few guests noted the hotel offered good value for the price and a convenient location, though these positives were overshadowed by the numerous negative experiences.
