Pros (+) The bell hops/valets were great! They were knowledgeable, fast and treated you like a VIP. They always called you by name when ever you had contact with them.

Pros (+) We loved our time here! The grounds are beautiful and there are so many small little spots to sit and relax. Service is top notch. Access to the spa as a hotel guest is a huge advantage as well. Loved everything about our stay!

Pros (+) We enjoyed Happy Hour at T Cooks, excellent tapas. Guest service staff extremely polite and helpful. Great cozy room with a fireplace. beautiful grounds.

Pros (+) The resort is beautiful. The wait staff at the restaurant was fantastic.
Cons (-) Check in was delayed until after the check in time and there was no apology for this. Staff at pool were not very friendly and very slow.
